I travel for work and go to retro stores all over the country. This is one of my favorite. These guys were awesome, extremely helpful and understanding. Even nice enough to swap a couple cracked jewel cases for nicer shaped ones for some titles I bought. Absolutely great store, with very reasonable prices.

I was in town recently attending Retro Game Con and spotted this gem on my way back from dinner. It was such a cute store. I found all of the employees working very friendly and I was able to pick up a few games on my wish list that I wasn't able to find at the con for a very good price. The person who rang me out bonded with me over our love of Kirby and I felt very welcome there. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for new and retro games. I only wish I didn't live 2 hours away from it 🙁

They give very good trade in rates. Wonderful, knowledgeable workers. Each Time I went they were lovely. Im visiting family in NY, and I live in KY, so I always make it up to see this story when I visit. They Dont treat me any different then any male. Gamestop has told me I was a woman and wouldnt like certain videogames or any video games...sigh but as I was saying great staff and great selections!

Voltage Games is my favorite place to shop in Syracuse! The team is fantastic and always are extremely nice and helpful! Also remember to bring your ID with you when trading in games! Its NY State law!! 😘

Place is really cool, games are expensive but thats what you gotta pay for the classics, still seems a little crazy though, people are super friendly and informative and will literally answer all your questions no problem. Ill eventually buy a classic again just so many options to choose from.
