Located in the Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, Volcom had a really good inventory of clothing. We ended up finding a few things for Christmas gifts for the kids. And, Volcom had a 60% off + 20% off sale. We found quite a few deals!

Awesome experience with team member Chris! He is welcoming and friendly, has a terrific knowledge of products, provides suggestions when asked (but is not pushy!), and is a fantastic ambassador for Volcom. I began wearing Volcom from the mid-90s, and love the products: well made, unique details, and quality that lasts. Several years ago I switched to shopping only online because my experiences in their stores were generally not positive; thankfully, the quality customer service Chris provided has changed that for me. Looking forward to being back in the store!

I love volcom jeans. But the associates in the store are unfriendly. Nothing is worse then a sales associate standing behind you or following you. Watching you shop. Obviously they think your going to steal something.... I do not recommend this store.. Also what I don't understand is why, the jeans in the outlet stores are thinner then I would get a different retail store. Yea they cost less but it's less quality.
