I had a concern when entering the store after reading a few of the reviews before going. I did notice the store was quick busy when I entered but the reviews are correct no one created me. I did walk past the cash register several times just to see and nothing. A few of the cashiers looked at me but said nothing. I did look around and I am a bargain hunters so I went straight to the clearance area. I found one jacket, 9.99 and a headband 5.99 that I decided to purchase. I then asked a younger lady if they had a restroom she showed me where it was and asked to put my items at the register. I did continue to look around the whole store to see what they had. The prices are high and yes the sizes are limited. The young lady at the register finally did address me and ask if I was ready to check out. My overall experience was okay. I might take my daughter to look around one day but this would not be a place I would do my every day clothing shopping.

I’ve gone in before and haven’t had the best experience but I chalked it up to them being a bit busy. This time I went and it wasn’t nearly as busy. Lots of sales professionals working around. I even have a picture of one putting something away in front of me while I took a picture of a dress to show a friend for our event coming up. Not one salesperson greeted me. Not one offered to take my items in hand to a fitting room. However, they offered it to other customers all around me, laughing and having a good time with them. While I would’ve loved for some expert help. They followed me around though, for what reason I don’t know. It took me to walk around the entire store three times before I approached an employee to ask for a fitting room and explained no one has even greeted me. After putting me into a fitting room I was so put off already that if something actually looked cute I wasn’t even excited. The cherry on top was as I was trying on the clothes I could hear the employee whispering to another employee about me stating no one greeted me and what I said! That was the nail in the coffin for me. I walked out handed the product back and left. It’s been days and I still have a sour taste in my mouth. Reading previous reviews it looks like they’ve racially profiled before. Very unfortunate.

Very cute and fun store. Went in looking for a bridal shower dress and had many options to choose from. The employees were all extremely helpful - as I was walking around with my items to try on, a couple of very friendly girls asked if they could keep them in a dressing room for me so I didn't have to carry them around. I ended up buying a beautiful bridal shower dress along with a few accessories and a gorgeous lightweight blazer - perfect to dress up or down.
I thought everyone was extremely helpful and warm and there were so many cute items to choose from, for every occasion. I loved my experience at this boutique.
Some of the price tags can be a bit high but overall, I am happy with my purchases and the quality of the pieces I've bought.

I walked in yesterday around 1 pm.
The store was pretty full. I made my way around and not once did anyone greet me. Meanwhile, as customers came in, they were greeted. I had a handful of items at hand and a customer near me had 2 t-shirts and a worker asked to start her a room.
As I made my way to the second room, I was being watched by 3 workers intensely, yet I was not greeted. As I made my way to the sale section, I had accumulated about 7 items of clothing on my arm and I was finally asked to start a room. She asks for my name and she states my items will be in my room.
I go back, and none of the rooms have my name on it. I ask for my items because they weren’t in a dressing room and the women pulls my items for the put-back room.
After trying my items on, I decided not to buy anything. I felt very racially profiled and not cared for as a customer.
Will definitely not be coming back.

This has *hands down* been my FAVORITE store to shop at for the past five years! They have the cutest outfits - whether it's a classic staple, fancy dress, denim (that lasts year after year), or gift for anyone ranging from a teen to my adorable grandpa - this store never fails me.

I prefer to shop local vs running to a nearby mall. You just can't beat the fashions here. And the customer service always makes me feel like I'm shopping with a girlfriend. They are so helpful!

Items are great and the sale section is very reasonably priced. BUT, the size range is very limited. I am a 12 and pretty much the largest size they carry in everything. Totally understand not wanting to carry a huge stock, but they do not even carry the larger end of "standard" sizes. Just wish they advertised this someone so people do not waste their time.

Vintage Charm and Little Charm are both fantastic! Not only do they have amazing clothes and accessories, but every person that works there is so kind. I walked in wearing my 5 month old and had so many employees chatting with him and making him smile as well as helping me in the process. I also went in to Little Charm with my 2.5 year old and the woman working sat and played with him in the little kid sitting area so I could look around. Amazingly attentive service without being pushy, and high quality clothing!
