Manager is extremely rude . Does not know how to deal with a reasonably bothered customer . I would never spend a dollar here even if they were the last smoke shop in the east coast . Not only are there products defective and outdated but they don’t know how to make things right with people who actually spend money in these places . I advise you to not go here if you are not easily taken advantage of . Beware of there grinders . They will recommended you something from a well known company that is no longer being made then expect u to reach out to the manufacturer instead of them trying to resolve there own wrongs .the best she can do was 10% discount If purchased a different item . What a joke , if only I can give them a 0 stars because they truly don’t deserve it . The other 2 gentlemen were much more understanding . Shout out to them for being able to work for such an unhinged woman as a manager

I've been coming here for a lonnng time. Always have everything I need. I take the 45 minute ride because its worth it!! Huge selection!! The staff is super helpful too!

Best smoke shop in the area hands down. The have the best selection of heady glass, and all the accessories and small items you need to get your smoking arsenal outfitted right. The staff is always helpful and nice, I stop in pretty regularly and often get hooked up with small freebies and discounts. Support local small business!

Wow! I used to come to village years ago, as they were one of the rare spots around that carried real artists and interesting work.

Seeing the shop revamped is very impressive! So many new artists and varieties of glass being offered. The new space is more open and all the clean display cases really suit a high end gallery.

High prices, low end glass. Very thin or very expensive. Owner and employees get rude real quick if you buy a piece that's defective or any other issue at all. I didn't notice a small crack when I bought, I returned a couple days later only to get a rude attitude. I had been shopping their since they opened(about 20yrs) now won't go back!

The owner of the store has always been very nice to me. He keeps an incredible stash of heady glass from great artists in the industry. This is my spot no debate for everything a connoisseur needs. Their collection of quartz bangers puts ny gifts to shame. 5/5
