This place is simply the best! I had a last minute request for a funeral wreath and on super short notice they put together the most gorgeous display! It was placed at the front of the ceremony it was so beautiful.

We have been using Village Flower for the last 4 years for all our corporate events and conferences. We have also used them to send flowers to our clients or bringing to a corporate gatherings. I have always get so much compliments on the flowers. I cannot really take the credit for it. Fower arrangements are also so beautifully done from Village Flower. They design our flowers based on our special occasions. Never the same. Very creative. They are the only place I would go to for flower arrangements.

Mother was very happy! Received on Wednesday now Friday and still blooming. I’ve bought from a bunch of other high end florists in the neighborhood but have had issues with the flowers dying so soon. So far so good.

June 2022: Update: After ordering 2 more times, I have to reduce the stars from 5 to 3 stars. The second bouquet (over $200 with delivery) was beautiful, but started dying several days later. The third bouquet ($150) for Mother’s Day had flowers that were clearly old / damaged - some had missing petals as though they had been removed, others had creases on the petals (see photo). These flowers were one of the main flowers in the bouquet! I removed them before giving to my mom because, very honestly, they may the bouquet look a bit depressing. I was really disappointed and unfortunately won’t use them again.

We ordered a lovely flower bouquet in a beautiful vase, and the birthday girl was super happy. We placed the order through the site a few days before the requested delivery date. The flowers arrived on time and were pretty as in the description. Recommend!

My mom received a gorgeous arrangement from Village Flower Shoppe and it met and exceeded her expectations. She was thrilled to receive these flowers because of the exquisite presentation, quality and beauty of the arrangement. The roses, snapdragons, lillies and other flowers were amazing and fresh. They used red roses, bright pinks and finished it with a deep purple bow...it looked sophisticated! Special thanks to Susan who provided excellent customer service in making this arrangement happen. It was comforting to know they had a fresh delivery of flowers so they can make something fabulous and creative. Thank you for making my mom happy!

Upon a recommendation from a friend for a local place to pick up flowers, I came to this charming shop for an arrangement for a party. The staff was curteous and attentive. Compared to other flower shops I've bought from, their prices seemed reasonable. The florist heard what I wanted and met my expectations!

The front of their shop may look modest but they have a surprisingly good selection of flowers, vases, decorations, etc...I got complements for the bouquet and would definitely come back.

I'm VERY disappointed with this order.... This was for my mother's special birthday and wanted to surprise her at work. I took valuable time to carefully look through and read in detail all the arrangements Village Flower Shop had available, went as far as asking input from friends and family before making my selection.

SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered the following - Teleflora's Sheer Delight Bouquet - Standard - instead, my mother received something completely different! I could have gone to a local grocery store and purchased an arrangement for $29.99 or less that looked better than what was delivered, seriously Village Flower Shop, this is unacceptable!

Before checking out, there is a disclaimer which states some flowers may not be in season and may have to be substituted for a different kind, no problem! I am MORE than understanding and don't have a problem with it, but a completely different arrangement from what was ordered? Really? I will NEVER use this florist again and I will make sure to let my family and friends know about this experience.

Sure, it was delivered on time, but that's standard, considering I placed the order a day before.

My dear friend Jenny wanted to get a relatively simple but beautiful flower arrangement during the very busy Mothers Day weekend. The Village Flower Shoppe of Palo Alto made a very beautiful arrangement, so very expressive of love and appreciation for her.

I had recommended the Village Flower Shoppe of Palo Alto to Jenny because several months ago, I asked Susan there, to create a cheerful arrangement for a very sick friend. The flower arrangement Susan created is so very bright and alive, airy and cheerful, full of song and dance, that I cannot resist sharing here.
