I can't speak on other staff other than the two I had my interaction with, but my experience was fantastic. Went to the Davenport location to get a PS5 controller, they were completely out and just lacking much inventory in general (understandable post holidays). This store was STOCKED with inventory, had a number of titles I was bordering on stunned to see physical copies of across a broad amount of platforms, and the gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, had great advice, clearly actually knew what he was talking about, and gave the most heartfelt genuine feeling customer service to every single person that walked in and out the door in the 30-40 minutes I was in there. Excellent experience.

I enjoyed my visit here but had a few problems. I am a collector and picked out the games with cases I wished to purchase. They then tried to give me a disc only version. They also charged me more than the marked price on 2 of the 5 games I purchased. This was my first visit as I live out of town. Now that I know I will be more careful next time.

I love shopping there the staff are friendly. Always helping you out and if they don't have what you need. They will call their other locations to check for you. That's why I love to shop there and they always have great trade in values. Along with having some awesome low prices. I would definitely recommend shopping there for your need in gaming and much more. Oh, and they offer Layaway as well, which is pretty convenient for me. For when I can't decide right away on buying something. So you are able to save and pay for it monthly. Until you have paid it off.

I am being as polite as possible when I say they have horrible service. I usually have no problems at any store but the manager is insufferably inadequate at doing their job and the employees are a direct reflection of it. Each time I have gone to this Video Games Etc the workers are on their phones and I have to interrupt what they are doing so that I can get some help. Decent bargains but I would take business elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff. Not pushy at all. They have lots of good stuff at fair prices. They also have frequent sales. I just bought a PS4Pro and 4 games for $200.
