My little boy loves those place! The staff is always very helpful although sometimes it is busy if there is any card game "gathering." That excitment just adds to the atmosphere though. Good deals on slightly used products! This mom loves that!

Went in for gaming supplies- card sleeves and deck boxes. They have one of the better selections I've seen in Columbus. They also sell bulk commons and uncommons, which is rare to find. I'll definitely shop here again!

Haven't played here yet, but the vibe seemed pretty chill from what I saw of an event wrapping up.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time a couple weeks ago and decided we wanted to bring our 6 year old back this time. He loved the store and how much stuff they have. We all picked out some pokemon and lorcana cards. The staff was great. Will to answer questions and help us. Great Place for everything Trading Cards and Collectibles.

I recently visited a shop that my son loves and constantly asks to go to. It's absolutely fantastic. The shop has a captivating atmosphere, with vibrant decorations and playful displays. They offer a wide range of toys, books, and games for all interests and ages. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. The shop also hosts educational and entertaining events. Overall, it's a haven for all things Pokémon for children and a delight for parents. Highly recommended!

I used to love coming here when I lived nearby. I love their selection for Pokemon and it is definitely the most expansive in the area. But the past few times I have been in here, I have been ignored. During my most recent visit, we spent 30 minutes waiting to be helped (after getting the attention of an associate) before we decided to leave. And to second what another reviewer mentioned, it feels like if you are femme-presenting, you get ignored.

Edit: Even with a release event being held for Magic, the store had very few customers when we came in. People who came in after us were helped first. Again, we caught the attention of an employee a few times and they prioritized individuals who came in after us.
