I have been coming to this shop for a while now and I must say they really help me out when i’m in a bit of a pinch. As a person who loves to celebrate every holiday and person I come across, it’s often I need a last minute card or balloon. Velma’s truly has everything for all occasion’s and they’ve recently started notarizing! Truly a one-stop-shop for everything.
