Needed to upgrade my phone! This location has always been my go-to and on Sunday 12/01/2024 was the icing on my Verizon cake! I am tech-challenged and was assisted by Josh! He was super knowledgeable, amazingly kind, extremely helpful, and most of all patient and understanding! My transactions were stress-free, super fast and I was in and out in maybe an hour leaving with everything I needed, wanted and so happy! KUDOS JOSH! You’re the best!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after my experience at the Verizon Laguna Niguel location, I felt it was necessary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very rudely by someone who seemed to be the manager. I was there to inquire about the new iPhone, and instead of offering helpful information, he instantly talked down to me, making the entire process of purchasing the phone seem unnecessarily complicated. He was condescending and clearly not interested in assisting.

After this unprofessional exchange, he passed me off to another salesperson, but not before making me wait 20 minutes for them to be available. When I finally began dealing with this new salesperson, whose name was Edgar, the situation went from bad to worse. He was incredibly rude and hostile throughout the entire interaction. Every simple question I asked about the phone, plan, and service was met with flippant, dismissive answers as though I should already know the details. The entire encounter was unsettling.

To top it off, when I had to call the owner of the Verizon account to ensure all the plans and services were accurate, Edgar was unbelievably rude to them on the phone as well. His attitude was so unprofessional that after dealing with him for over an hour, we decided to cancel the entire order.

I’ve never encountered such poor customer service, and Edgar’s behavior was the worst I’ve experienced from any salesperson. If you’re thinking about going to this location, be careful—especially if you have to deal with him. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I visited this store 8 months ago to terminate my services and switch to another provider. Despite my efforts, I have continually received bills for months. I have spoken with multiple customer service representatives, yet the charges persist. The phone customer service is outsourced overseas and ineffective, often leading to more frustration as they fail to connect you to the correct service.

Avoid starting services with this company. Ending them will be an endless struggle.

Honestly great customer service and very welcoming environment. I needed a new charging adapter for a home internet router and they took time to find one in the back and replace it for free. They made a customer for life!
