Ughhh you guys are unbelievable !!! Should’ve known when we were trying to pay that you held the card and said you had to go to a different register . Some thin guy with blond hair took over . My bf bought one thing $20 and checked the card after and you took out the $20 and another like $60 purchase when he only purchased the one item. Then I bought my own stuff , a little wallet for $15 , 4 postcards which the girl said were $1 each and two sure board magnets prices at $6.99 and didn’t realize till we left that I was charged $67 I should’ve paid more attention as when I asked for the receipt the guy was all worried and said he could only give me the debit terminal receipt . This place is scammers do not I repeat do not buy from them !!!! They over charge or they make double payment on your card !!! You should all be ashamed of yourselves !!! What a business you all have going on ….. ripping people off !!!

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS THE WORST!!!! Terrible I mean the most terrible souvenir shop on Venice beach! I wouldn’t have even gave them 1 star if google let me review. Please don’t waste your time or money there. The prices on the bottom of the item is not even close to what they ring you up for and no telling what they are charging you until you run your card . Also beware and ask for pricing for everything and match to what’s on the bottom of the item they round it up just because. Do not pay unless you are aware of pricing. Ask for detailed receipt before you pay!

Scam!!!!!
I just filed a claim against this place. I purchased two sweaters while on vacation on March 9th, one for $30 and the other for $25. Well, a charge of $107 was charged to my account from this place, it didn't show up on my account until the following day while I was on my flight back home. I tried to call them to have the issue resolved but they did not have a contact number. Reading from the rest of the reviews I now see why that is. Don't waste your money there. I can only imagine how many more people they have been scamming and how much money they are making from stealing from clients. Something should be done about this.

THE BIGGEST TOURIST TRAP EVER. It super windy and I needed a hat. I didn’t pay attention when I was checking out - they charged me $46.00 for a 100% polyester, made in China baseball cap that likely cost $2.00 to make. Absurd. AVOID.

I asked to put a picture of Batman on a custom t-shirt. I was told they can't be cause of copyright. The picture was generated by Meta AI. So Facebook can make pictures of Batman, but these guys can't. Somebody needs to figure some things out.

Place is a scam. They are friendly, but it isn’t genuine. They offer you a price then when you check out it’s easily twice what is quoted. This is legal technically. They will say “prices are listed on a sheet.” That is to deal with legalities. Problem is these aren’t what one is charged. Even after the con job, I got home and found out they charged a $5 service charge over the price they said they would charge. Avoid completely.
