I've been looking into buying a large scale remote control car for a couple years. Finally came time to pull the trigger and make my purchase. Knowing that this store carried one of the cars I was interested in, I called their number to inquire on the price. These items run well over $1000.00. just thinking i would pull the cash from the bank on the way to make my 1300 dollar purchase and wanting to be sure I had enough. short story long, the guy on the phone was as rude as could be. I was told store policy was to not give pricing over the phone I said "I want to buy one but now maybe I'll just order it online". The guy said "you should order it online". I asked "really"? this all after he couldn't even confirm the car was still in store, he apparently knew very little about the product. Made my purchase online and received great customer service and support from an online hobby store with the expertise to help me make the proper supporting purchases. so variety store you lost a sale well over 1000 dollars thanks to your rude phone etiquette.

So I found this store on maps, took a 2 hour drive to get there. Im all excited cause I'm ready to buy something new to mess with. What a joke, the man in the store was rude, doesn't know his products, and doesn't need a store. Everything I put my hands on he tells me to get online and buy it from his online auction. His words, "Most if my inventory is discontinued." I ask about a particular car that im looking at and he says thats discontinued, u say out loud the box says right here in black letters that it is a Re-release. Just buy it online he tells me again. Long story short he has no clue the amount of rc's I buy and the money I spend on them especially if im willing to make an extra drive 2 hours away to spend money, I made my return trip empty handed, will not go back ever again.

Love this store!! I wasnt looking to buy anything but ended up buying a cool red stroller car for a good price! The man was so nice and honest with us. I highly reccomend this store! Its good quality stuff. People say majority of the items are pricy but you get what you pay for, in a good way (:

Price gouging like crazy here. I've ran a hobby shop for years and these guys will not stay in business with this kind of sales tactic. Ontop of this, very few items had pricing listed and when I inquired about an airplane, I was told NONE of them are for sale because they are having inventory issues What the actual duck is that about?! 0/10, would NOT recommend shopping here. I was considering buying today, but NOT after this. I will shop at a competitor that doesn't rip people off on pricing ancient inventory 400% over market.

1 star is way too generous for this place! If you want to pay 3 times the amount of money for something that doesn't even work then this is your place. I called to let the owner know that my product didn't even function properly and get told that they can't do anything. That's why they have a no refund no return policy because they sell junk they can back up. If you want something from this store, find it on the internet and pay a fraction of the cost and wait a few days till it ships to you! learn from my mistake, this scam of a business needs to go belly up!

Well I needed a new battery for my rc truck they had one. I took it home and couldn't get it to change. I went back and he got me a replacement in a timely manner. I would be happy to do business with him in the future.
