BUYER BEWARE:

After talking with Kyle/Alex on the phone, decided to finally stop into the North Versailles location to purchase a pool/hot back in January 2024. Family and I went in and met Anna T. Who helped us with this process. Everything looked good and sounded right as I asked many questions and for such a big purchase. No issues up until the delivery day for the hot tub which was very frustrating as the hot tub came extremely dirty as I was told and assumed it was new. Fast forward to the first time it was used. The aroma therapy liquid/bead holder came unthreaded and already collapsed within the wall of the hot tub. A noticeable scratch on the side of the lounge that you feel when laying in it. The pressure of the jets weren’t as strong due to the dirt, debris, and other gunk that was stuck in the jets that I had to remove and clean out yet this was supposedly new. John from Service came out and was helpful with properly securing the aroma therapy holder back into place. Tried reaching out to Kyle as he was my original salesman to discuss the scratch issue. Waited a month after being told he’d call me back only to find out he switched locations and I was never getting a call back had I not stopped in myself. Met with Anna again to which I was told to send photos of the damage. After sending photos and not hearing back for over 2 weeks I reached back out again only to find out nothing could be done. I was told by Anna T. after the fact that the model I had purchased was a floor model and not new, which makes sense now with how faulty, dirty, and damaged it came. I was offered chemicals to clean up the hot tub but you’d think after spending $12,000 you wouldn’t make the customer clean it out. The dishonesty part is what upset me the most as my family and I were never told it was a “demo” practically used in the show room. Had I been told that, that particular hot tub would never of been bought. All in all spent roughly $22,000 for a pool/hot tub combo and yet the hot tub being 2 months old so far is a flop. Hopefully the pool will be better. To the customers who are thinking about buying anything from valley. Make sure you have an understanding of what exactly your buying ( new, used, demo, etc) and upon delivery take the time to inspect as make up can only cover up so much. After receiving all of my chemicals I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for the dishonesty and lack of accountability on such a purchase.

Brought my problem of my need to get a functioning filter cap replacement for my pool filter and ALEX was so awesome in his knowledge of the pool system.. showed me the problem was solved simply by adjusting the “O” ring inside the cap.. so quick and efficient..Alex you are the greatest!! Thank you!!

My wife and I went and purchased a pool a few weeks ago with being told it’d be installed in about 3 weeks. The pools been delivered with tons of boxes to just sit and wait. Whom ever they have build the pools now say they can’t install it until the end of July which is a bunch of crap. By the time they install it the use of it for this year will be over. I do not recommend this company to install a pool nor would I ever go back to buy a new one with the time frames there making people wait.

I wasn't aware of the construction around the place but everyone was very polite the person who waited on me was very prompt answer any of my questions professionally I was very satisfied thank you always I've been a customer for years now keep up the great work

The sales associate walked me through every product I’d need to open my new pool and wrote down step by step instructions to make it easier. She also helped me load my car with all the products which was above and beyond!

Just disappointed that they couldn't find or order the DE filter cartridge, for the used filter I just bought. There was a time, when they would do that.

They did have the other items i needed. They were friendly and quick.
