Seriously, great employees and owners. I couldn't have been any happier. They service all kinds of watches, have a good stock of very popular brands (Seiko, Citizen, Bulova, etc) and have quite a few types of higher end brands. They also have different watch bands. They are really knowledgeable, and if they don't have the watch or parts you want, they can get it. They also have some nice jewelry and can do repairs, sizing, etc. I didn't know we had a watch place in town, so I will be back here for sure. Give them a shot, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I recently purchased a luminous watch for my wife and our anniversary. I also had my wife’s Movado watch reconditioned.
My experience was extremely positive. Dwayne was very welcoming and most professional and offered to buff out scratches in the case for a nominal charge. He was very patient as we searched catalogs for just the right woman’s watch. I have been a customer for 25 years and feel Dwayne always goes out of his way to serve his customers. I know I can trust Valencia time and Dwayne to be professional and honest and am very grateful for his dedication to customer service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Valencia Time Center for years, and I can’t believe I haven’t left a review until now. They consistently go above and beyond with their service.

If you’re looking for exceptional, old-school customer service paired with knowledgeable staff who truly know their craft, this is the place to go.

Recently, I visited the store again when my daughter needed her watch resized. As always, they did an amazing job.

They also worked on my old Rolex a while back, replacing the bezel and restoring it to fantastic condition—it looked like new again!

And here’s my favorite part: when my car key battery gets low, this is where I come. Their quick and affordable service beats the high prices at the dealership.

Valencia Time Center is the best gem in the SCV! Duane, Kevin, Nelson, and company have always been accommodating and fair. They have a great selection of watches and jewelry, and their customer service is impeccable! Our regular jeweler is in Thousand Oaks, but these guys do just as good of work and are closer to home. We will continue to patronize this shop!

I have been a customer of VTC for 10 years at least!! Never will I go anywhere else to have my watches fixed, or batteries replaced. All my high end watches I have purchased from Duane. Exceptional service every time with great prices. Even had an earring made and replaced after I lost one. Won’t ever go anywhere else!
