The US Bloom, Inc. in Vallejo, California is a great club. They always have good flower at very low prices. The deals change all the time, so be sure to stop by often to see what deals they have going. Last time, I got 5 grams for 14 dollars of some good flowers. The staff is nice and friendly and takes the time to answer all your questions.

I would just like to thank all the US Bloom people for always being so kind and friendly. My husband is a 78 year old disabled veteran, retired from the military because of wound he received in Vietnam. Your security and employees are always so helpful. I’m 75 years old and would not go anyplace else. Thank you US Bloom for all you do.

The weed was weak and overpriced. That wasn't cool especially for it being my first time. They sold me a smokland oz for 90$ that was only worth 40$ in Oakland at a cannabis club. I'm better off going to Oakland or the bay area in loading up on my cannabis before I come to Vallejo. NEVER AGAIN. Ooo in they only give you a free joint for your first time.

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is rude employees make me feel unwelcome. The employees and staff or whoever comes in and tampers with the weed. I got an open package of weed, I truly believe my weed gets laced here and resealed often. Another time my pack of joints were scrunched up in a firm plastic tray. ATM fee charge when you use your card. And they round up to the nearest $10 when you use your card seems like they want 0’s on their bank statements and charge extra then give you cash back after you used your card to make a transaction. I was making a purchase the employee had me insert my card at least 4 times because they’re card machines don’t work at times. My first visit at US BLOOM I was told I have to use an ACTUAL BANK CARD since my other cards weren’t not being accepted by their ATM machines. Seems like anyone who has beef with me can come in US BLOOM and tamper with the cannabis products I purchase. Bad vibes. Not a vibe here. Also seems like they’re attempting or they are using my bank info to do illegal activities.

Kinda rude if you don't know their procedures with parking. Definitely came off low key degrading and judgemental...one security guard was more pleasant in providing explanation of policy and procedures. Thankfully the budtender was nice. But probably won't come back and invest my money at this dispensary again. Especially if I have to see one of the security guard's or that front desk staff again.

I got a $15 eighth. It was supposed to be gelato I then asked for another one. She swapped out the gelato 8th for 2 grape pie 8ths. That's not what I asked for I asked for gelato now I'm stuck with 2 8ths that I did not ask for and I took an Uber down there. It's not like I can go down there and correct this. So basically I was screwed out of thirty one bucks.
