If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I’ve been coming here for years, and the hospitality from the staff is better than what I get at some restaurants. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, but I have to shout out my favorites—Kailee and Ben, you two are the best! They always help me out, point me in the right direction, and somehow even get me to switch things up despite being a creature of habit. Walking in and having them know exactly what I’m looking for is such a great feeling. Plus, the staff loves dogs, so my pup always comes along. Huge thanks for hiring the coolest people and offering the best deals on top-quality products!

I’m writing this review solely based on what I witness in the parking lot while waiting on my husband to come out. Tonight a young lady was sitting in her car crying and I heard the security guy with a face mask walk up to her car telling her she has to leave the parking lot for some reason. I’m not sure why she was crying but I sat in the passenger side of my vehicle waiting for my husband to come out with the window rolled down and could hear him yelling at her. She had been sitting there a few minutes talking on the phone crying when he walked up and told her she can’t sit there and needed to leave. Very rude behavior. You’ll never know what that young lady was going through. She didn’t seem to say much back and pulled off. I feel so sorry for her and pray she’s okay. He could’ve shown a little empathy and patience. She wasn’t bothering anyone, just sitting on the phone crying after she came out the dispensary. He literally started yelling at her as soon as she rolled the window down to see what he wanted. I feel so bad.

Kailee is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to seeing her when I come for my pick up orders. I’ll wait for her specifically. She always helps answer any questions I have, gives me targeted suggestions and always makes sure I’m receiving the proper discounts. I hadn’t seen her the last few times I was in, and was happy to see she was back. Her nails are also always super cute too.
