My favorite store in the neighborhood: a large choice of products, peaceful vibes, well decorated and it smells amazing. Customer service is top notch :
They offer a cup of tea to welcome you and a treat for your dog. Employees are very helpful & friendly.
My favorite item: the screaming goat which is very funny.
I highly recommend this place.

Went in there and purchased gifts . The employee was so rude because I was requesting a smaller bag out of the two bags being offered as she wanted to provide a larger bag sure to being low in stock. Thought how rude as I was a customer as she not handed me my package but pushed it on me with an attitude . VERY RUDE SERVICE

NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

I stopped by the store one night after dinner, saw a cute necklace marked as a “vintage medallion”, and bought it for $120. This was more expensive than their usual $30-40 jewelry range, but I figured it’s because it’s vintage and one-of-a-kind. I went home and upon further inspection, I noticed it wasn’t even vintage - it looked brand new (and so not remotely worth $120).

The next day I drove back to the store and asked to return the necklace because it wasn’t vintage like they had advertised. A different sales girl tells me “all jewelry is final sale” and that this policy was printed on my receipt. But when I bought the necklace, the sales girl didn’t tell me anything about the return policy and didn’t even give me a receipt at checkout!

I told her about the situation: a) it was marked as “vintage” when it clearly is not; b) the original sales girl didn’t tell me about the return policy; and c) I didn’t get a receipt at checkout with the policy. She went to the back to speak with the manager, returned a few minutes later and said they would not accept the return. I asked why and she said for “hygiene reasons” - even though it had been less than 24 hours since I bought it and I hadn’t worn it. Even though I was annoyed, I took the necklace back and was leaving the store when I saw another of the same necklace on display! This one was also marked at $120 and titled “vintage”. Clearly not if they have multiples in stock! LIE!

I used to shop here quite a bit for gifts or items for myself, but I’ll never shop here again. They’re scammers. They not only lie about the quality of their items, but they also clearly overprice them and provide terrible customer service.
