Would NOT recommend getting pants here.

This location is clean, not crowded, and has a decent selection of clothing.

Uniqlo pants are one size then you give them to tailor to your specific length. No biggie.

I bought a pair of the pleated men’s pants with invisible hem. Measured and have them take 2 inches off the bottom. Standard at any Uniqlo location.

Turn around was 2 days; again no big deal.

Went to pick them up and was horrified at the tailoring service. I got a monstrosity of a butchered attempt at the invisible hem. Take a look at the photo for yourself.

The grey one is supposed to be how invisible hems are done.

The lopsided clearly visible hem on the beige is what I’m stuck with.

Since they were altered, Uniqlo policy is no refunds or exchanges.

Suggestion for the store: switch your tailor or just please don’t offer something you can’t do correctly.

The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!

Love this store but they guy working upstairs today- walking around with his headphone on, screaming at people before we even got off the escalator- THE REGISTERS ARE CLOSED!!! It was 10mins before closing. The registers weren’t closed and even if they were- there’s no need to stand around screaming at customers, if you don’t like retail find a new job because customer service clearly isn’t his thing.

Stopped at this store location 2 Days in a row, yesterday and today. Love the fit and quality of their products and their prices are very reasonable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Most items needed in my size were in stock. They have a unique self checkout process where you simply place your items in a bin by the card reader and it reads an RFID given off by the clothes tag, super cool! Download their app and you'll get discounts. Overall, a great store to visit. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Disappointing Experience at UNIQLO Store in Yonkers:

I recently made my first online purchase from UNIQLO. I paid a lot for the shipping, and did not like the item. I drove 30 minutes to the Yonkers store to return the item. The staff refused the return, insisting I pay for shipping again to send it back to the warehouse. After requesting assistance from the manager, who appeared disinterested and unhelpful, I left the store feeling ignored and dissatisfied. This experience, coupled with poor item quality, has left me with no desire to visit the store again. Avoid at all costs.

I love this store but their return policy is pretty annoying. Yo need the actual paper invoice to return anything. They record the purchase in the UNIQLO app, however the invoice is not stored there, so they can’t take it as “proof of purchase”. Now the clothes are high quality and their pants and jackets fit beautifully even on women with curvy bodies like me.

Good products, but extremely bad customer service and inflexible policies. Their pants are sold at a uniform length, and in the case of a recent purchase, that length was not even indicated. After wearing them I attempted to go back and have them altered, but not before washing them. Since the tag was removed, end even though they were clean, they refused to alter them. And this is after I spent a very long time with customer support before driving 20 minutes back to the store. Customer support gave me contrary information, and the shift manager refused to badge. She asked me to go get the pants dry cleaned before they would alter them.
