Everything you'd ever want in self care and makeup. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. From different brands of makeup and perfumes to hair care and electronics like hair dryers and curling irons, you can't go wrong with this one stop shopping experience. I went to Ulta for a haircut appointment and I booked with Sarah who was fine in my whole appointment. She was nice enough to redo my brownout as she messed up in hearing but, I asked for long layers with u shaped haircut and 2 inches off with bangs starting from my cheeks. Over there I couldn’t see if it was good or no but I tipped her realizing how she redid my hair without complaining. When I reached home everybody told me it looks exactly the same and then I realized it too. I was busy the next day so couldn’t call them so i did it today explaining my issue. But the lady in the hair reception area was soo unhelpful and rude thats she told me they can book me for tomorrow but I do have to pay. I asked her twice if even with ur staff’s mistake I need to pay and she was saying same thing- “we have an appointment for tomorrow and yes you need to pay it.” I was soo shocked cause I was just asking for 2 inches off not even layers again but she denied and I had to cut the call.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and get assistance from the receptionist in hair and get a haircut from Sarah cause you will be troubled trying to explain her what you want and you will end up with something else which they will deny to redo.

Jasz (not sure of the exact spelling) was super helpful and a great employee! She helped me use coupons effectively and guided me through Ulta's coupons on my phone (since I am not tech savvy). Thanks for the extra time and care!

This place accused me of stealing and taking security sensors off of products when I came in to buy some makeup and hair care during the holidays (I don’t steal). I will literally never come back to this store again.

I usually don’t leave reviews at make up stores but the service was impeccable. A super sweet worker named Raquel helped me and was super amazing. I am new to makeup and was trying to find the right products to use and she helped me find everything. And I had a lot of questions and she had a lot of patience and was nice about it. If you are new to makeup I would definitely recommend her to you if you need help!!!

I get my hair done by Rhea and she does amazingggg with color and cuts!! I don’t trust many people and tried a few different hair dressers in Vacaville. They were all extremely expensive or caused further damage to my hair. Rhea will get your hair back to healthy and make it look fabulous!!! When I first wanted to give Ulta a shot, Rhea took me last minute for a hair cut which was incredibly nice since hair cuts and colors need to be booked in advance. I thought incredibly high of her after that and she makes awesome recommendations for hair products/upkeep. She also has a great attitude and definitely enjoys what she does!
