Phone had a defective screen. They replaced it through an extended warranty but set backs pushed same day service to the next day. I thought it was all good when I picked it up. Disclaimer and all that has details but who actually reads that? They failed to mention that the phone was not restored to the previous condition and the screen/phone integrity was now compromised. Mentioning that would have made all the difference. Got water damage and they charged me 300 to fix it now, an extra 100 to use a dehydrator (they offered to waive that though). I cancelled the repair and was given the phone back with the screen in even more finicky condition. I was able to get the same year old phone in brand new on sale for 400 that same night. They use official parts and are "certified" but I'd prefer my phone with the defective screen than a phone that couldn't get wet. I was able to replace a screen before for an older phone in just as good as shape as what I got here. Went through them bc of the warranty. I wouldn't recommend them if you're somewhat tech savvy or realize opening up devices isn't as challenging as it may seem unless you get something done under warranty/cheap and okay you'll have a device in a crippled condition (some devices that shouldn't really matter as much). They were nice throughout though and quick to accommodate the cancelling of service.

Came in around 5 on a Monday (they are closed on Sundays which is a bummer, but totally understandable) and they had my phone fixed in a little over 2 hours. They were clearly busy as well based on the number of people I passed along the way to drop off and pick up. The two men working were super kind & professional. Would definitely recommend them for them for your phone repairs.

I was very happy with the service that was provided to me. The proses what not only fast but done the right way . I was thankful that they provided me with a loner phone while my phone was being fixed and they realized the urgency in wich I needed my phone back I appreciate them as a store and there Staff great job

Amazing!! I brought my phone here a couple of years ago and once again last month. They never fail to meet expectations. They couldn't promise my phone would be ready by the end of the day due to a 4pm turn-in, but it was ready by 7 pm, and I had class, so I was very grateful.🙏

I have had my pc in for a diagnosis since the very beginning of December and wasn’t given ANY new details till the 20th of Jan when I was told that I would likely need to replace my motherboard. It has now been another month and still, to my knowledge, the board is waiting to be replaced. I’ve had good experiences with the shop in the past repairing my phone and console but it really has been feeling like since brought my pc in that it’s been put on the back burner in favor of other maybe easier repairs which is really making me second guess my “Home +” membership.

(Read to the end) Had my phone repaired after it was practically destroyed. They did an amazing job at first. However, the frame had a burr sticking out that edged up to the glass, and pop... it broke again.

Asurion replaced the screen at no cost and Ernie at Ubreak did a bang up job replacing the screen. He took time to make sure I was happy with the end product. The staff was very helpful. They definitely earned my business.
