As a first time grandmother, I struggled with the decision of choosing between a mini-crib and a full size foldable crib for my grandchild. I placed my order online and was very unsure of my decision. Upon contacting the store directly the same day, Esty was extremely helpful in modifying my order more than once to ensure my highest level of satisfaction and truly exhibited the utmost professionalism. Customer service is truly of most importance to her and the business. I am very grateful I was dealing with someone so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating while making my choice for nursery furniture.

Would not use this company. Order placed Aug 9, card charged immediately. Zero communication regarding the order. Several messages requesting an update. Aug 19 they sent this - “We will look into the status of your order and get back to you as soon as possible.” No follow up. Two more messages and now had to dispute the charge with AMEX. So many good baby companies out there. Do not use this company. It’s fraudulent, or just awful customer service.

if I could leave negative stars I would, not only was the furniture absolute junk, but the team they sent to deliver it to me left an absolute mess all over my front yard. They refused to clean up after themselves. When I called the store I was hung up on every time. management at the store cursed me out for them leaving me a mess on my front yard and damaging my home. DO NOT USE THEM!! Youre better off with literally anyone else!!!
