I love this flower shop! All of the ladies are incredibly helpful and always take care of the bouquets I order and make them even more beautiful that I thought they would be. I trust Sarah the owner so much she was one of the first vendors I booked for my wedding this spring. Nothing less than perfect gets delivered and they make sure you get your money's worth. Your special someone feels EXTRA special getting a bouquet from them!

Called from out of town to have flowers delivered to a UA student. Sent them an inspo. photo and they did an amazing job creating something almost identical to what I wanted. I say “almost” because one of the flowers in the inspo. photo wasn’t available but they did an amazing job coming up with something different. Would use them again.

I love Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe! They called me a year later to ask if I wanted to repeat the flower delivery I requested on Mother’s Day. However, when asking if the flowers had been delivered, Debbie answered the phone and was no help at all, She had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. I was trying to ask her about information to better explain when the flowers would be delivered and she simply did not want to talk to me it seemed. I don’t think she should be working this job if she’s that irritable. However, it was the only unpleasant experience that I had with Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe.

My ONLY flower shoppe in Tuscaloosa!! I have been living out of the country for over a year and have used Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe for many, many occasions. I would have to scroll through thousands of photos on my phone to find them, but trust me - ALL fabulous!! And in addition to the quality of their flowers and gifts, the service is 5-star-plus as well! Just this morning, they called me because they needed to make a substitution for a cactus and noticed that I had used the word “prickly” on my card and wanted to know if I wanted to change that part. Now THAT is service!! LOVE them!

If you’re looking for the most stunning arrangements and exceptional service, Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe is the place! Sarah Bell is my go-to when I am sending flowers for any occasion whether family or business. I recently received TFS flowers from friends when my daddy passed, and that arrangement is still on my counter filling my house with the aroma that only flowers can bring.
Even when I’m not needing flowers, I can always find gifts at TFS! Tumblers, Bama Gear, and more. I always pop in to see what’s new when I’m downtown. Check it out!

Wow, I highly recommend Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe! I am so humbled and amazed at this shop’s customer loyalty. I sadly placed an order for sympathy flowers and gave the wrong date of service. I called to ask about it having realized my mistake and was so sorry to find out that, in fact, I had asked for them to be delivered a day late which was today. The shop owner immediately said she would call the funeral home herself and try to get an address or see if the family needed to pick up any more flowers. Unfortunately, the family lives an hour away and they did not need to return. The owner then stated she would do a full refund and how sorry she was. I am truly humbled by this experience as this was totally my fault and she in no way owed me a refund. I highly recommend this shop not only for their beautiful flowers but for making a terrible situation as good as it could be. So thankful people and places like this still exist. Keep making beautiful arrangements!
