This is my first time purchasing something at Turner's. Matthew took care of me at the counter and he was well informed, courteous, and very professional. This made my purchase very smooth, which made me extremely pleased. This is the kind of customer service that most retail places should have these days, but sadly it is not that way. Needless to say, my experience was just perfect.

Bad customer service I received from an Africa America associate not willing to sell me ammo for my shotgun cuz I own two houses one n Victorville and another one n Covina ca he was saying I have my weapon registered n Covina and couldn’t sell me ammo and that I have to register them up here n Victorville this is some bs thank you big 5 they sold me my ammo I needed with great customer service I was a loyal customer for 10 years for turner but not anymore fuk u guys

I've wanted a 12 gauge nomad single shot shotgun since about 2020 but was never able to find one in stock anywhere. It's the cheapest gun you buy almost so it was soldout everywhere for the longest time.

I was looking at guns online and seen this turners had one in stock. I called to confirm its availability and they said they would hold it for me. I went in later that day to pay for it and the manager Josiah was really cool. Nice guy and knows his stuff. He made the paperwork part easy and walked me through the entire process. 10 days later I picked up my nomad shotgun.

I bought some ammo and a pouch that fits on the stock and holds 5 shells there too. It looks really cool.

The nomad shotgun is an affordable and pretty tough looking gun. It folds up small and would be great for a backpack or truck.
It's short and lightweight so the recoil goes BOOM into your shoulder. Very fun to have a break open shotgun at the range.

What's with the RBF's from the young people helping at guns&ammo. The only person in good spirits was an old timer and Zachary. They skipped my number or perhaps called my number, just not loud enough to be heard. Either way, I let them know my number was skipped and they just told me "well you have to catch one of us before we press the button to call the next number." Just straight attitude and unwelcoming experience

Tried ordering a rifle in store here that they had listed on their website… was given a price, signed an invoice, and placed a deposit, only to get a phone call the next day that “corporate” had sent out an email and increased the price $510. They refused to honor the original invoice, generated by them, and held onto my deposit for over a week until I called them to ask what the status was. Since I declined to pay the up charge, they canceled my order and told me I can expect a refund by corporate check in the mail in a couple of weeks.

Poor communication & service, and absolutely disappointing that they would not adhere to a listed price from their website after paperwork had been generated and money exchanged.

Turners does not have a genuine or authentic "gun shop feel" just another retail store. The employees don't feel genuine, maybe they are tired or overworked who knows. But also they never have anything in stock or of interest. Also every time I go they hardly have any ammo. ALSO also their prices for everything in store is marked up 50%-100% more than other shops or just shopping online. Would not recommend coming here to anyone i know if they want a good experience looking for firearms.

I've purchased several firearms from many different shops, and this Turners in Victimville was extremely smooth. They were great!! Great customer service and really friendly. Sometimes you gadda wait because they are busy. The process of buying a gun in CA takes time because of the laws that get passed by gun hating politicians. They have to follow all these laws, and that takes time. So give them a break. They are doing their job.

If you previously bought a Phoenix fishing pole here in the past, and bought it like me for the warranty, forget about it!
My tip broke off mine, and it’s usually a 50.00 deductible, and exchange, as per Turners warranty policies.
Nope! Not anymore!
Since phoenix is no longer in California, and now in Texas, they told me that the rules and policies changed, and they will not honor the warranty now, and that I need to contact Phoenix in Texas now! “ basically my problem now “!
These big companies think they can bully the little guy, just remember Turners… Karma is a MF.
