Avoid this place. They are part of the problem, not the solution.

After waiting over 30 days with a "delayed" background check, I had to call them to get an update, they didn't bother to call me. The background check was never completed, it came back undetermined and rather than releasing the firearms that were paid for they sent me a refund check. The guy I spoke with was an absolute tool, he was condescending and his tone of voice made it clear he didn't care about me or my business. I will never shop here again for that reason and for the fact that whoever runs Turner's put a the "won't release on undetermined" company policy in place to screw over it's customers. They share the same bed with the CA DOJ and it's disgusting.

You can go to a smaller gun store and they actually support the second amendment, you'll also be supporting small businesses not a conglomerate that doesn't care about you whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

The best part of turners is the small community feel and amazing customer service. The fishing specialist was very knowledgeable of the rods and reels and what would work best. They don’t have a huge selection but seemingly have everything you need. Very impressed with this location.

Today I was extremely disappointed in the service from this establishment.
Other customers were standing waiting for help just like I was and the Manager along with 2 other sales people in the firearm section were totally focused on one customer who was there to sell his firearm while we waited and waited as if our money wasn’t good enough.
Then there was only one other salesperson who was busy on the phone at the same time the other 3 were giving their advice to the one customer who wanted to sell his gun.
When you get there you take a number and wait. I decided they didn’t want my business so I left.
So sad!

Worst customer service ever! Went to look at a handgun before the tax happens but the sales representative refused to let me check out the handgun. I will take my business to a LGS that’s family owned and be treated like a person. That’s what I get for trying to save a few bucks.
