I was in on Sunday afternoon, I've just moved from Philadelphia and I'm looking for unique boutiques in this area, considering most of the regular shops in this area seem to have alot of outdated clothing. I must say I love your jeans and cute sweaters! Also wanted to mention your girl that was working was extremely friendly and I noticed she greeted every customer that entered your store! Thanks so much again for the great first impression!

Trinkets is my go to boutique in NWA! The girls make you feel so welcome and are so helpful. I absolutely love that they are size inclusive which is so hard to find in store locally! I can’t say enough good things!

I have always been a huge fan of this store until recently. It was my wifes birthday and we were going shopping. And when she goes shopping you can expect we may need to take a second mortgage out on our home. She had selected a large selection of clothing and they all intertwined. She did not want to seperate the items (including shoes) because I wanted to see them on all together. The assistant was not very friendly and said she couldn't take but 4 things in the dressing room. My wife asked the assistant to stay back there and observe what was going on and she just kept saying that's not our policy. My wife said to her, so you would rather loose this huge sale than just stay back here so I can try all these clothes on together. The girl said yes, our policy doesn't let these things happen. Well guess what folks, when you have a customer about to drop $400+ on clothing your policies need to take a backseat and you give the customer the best dang customer service you can. Very disappointed in your service Trinkets. I will not be back. That should make you sad, I spent a ton of money on your business.

Brought my wife here last year and not one employee acknowledged us when we walked in nor did they ask if we needed any help. That brings us to a year later. Walked in and nothing has changed. Two employees saw us come in as they stood behind the counter and not one word....except for their in debt personal conversation. We were the only people in the store. So finally I said to them, “How y’all doing” just to make them acknowledge us. We even put the clothes back up for them....still nothing. I’m big on costumer service; so I won’t be bringing my wife back.
