I called ahead to make sure they had the products I needed, was told by salesman they did. I arrive the next day to find the products weren't there, waited five days for them to show up due to having to order them. Put my whole schedule off.

Local lumber yard/ hardware store/home goods and they hsve UPS drop off w/o going to Redding. Been there a long time. Rental equipment too. We wanted wraterstripping that ACE didnt have. They did.

Never disappointing.
Does lack in small specialty items but that's ok. Not that kind of place. Professional approach with special orders and follow up.

Trinity lumber is a small but great place to get your building and home repair supplies.
Their staff is always helpful, and although he's not as cute as Alysa, 😉.
Brad's the brains of the store, and can answer pretty much any questions you may have..

(Note to owner: you'd really be lost without him, and in my opinion should give both of those two raises)

That said, although their not as big as HD, they're a lot closer, have all the essentials, usually have some good sale items on their counter, and can order just about anything you might need.
Which ultimately saves you hours of time, and lots of gas money running back and forth to Redding.😎

I love your store but today when I shopped in a mask (as mandated by our governor Gavin Newsom) I was upset to see that your two female clerks were not wearing masks. Many customers were not in masks. I made a purchase, but will not return to shop again until state laws are being followed. Ace Hardware is following the protocols. Please consider changing your current policy to protect our health. Thank you.

Terrible cheating place, they just look to take as much money from you in return horrible service. We rented the bob cat and the tire was in very bad condition, we ended up changing on our cost and playing a bill of over 2000 $ for all the days which the bob cat was stacked. We on the end used the bob cat only three hours. I paid the bill all in cash, and they still charged my credit card 411 $. I do not recommend this place, only if you have money for wasting 🙁

I was very pleased that I could return a piece of maysonite that was mis cut.
The staff was so helpful to replace and recut the board I needed. It fit perfectly. A big thank you to Trinity Lumber and Building.
