Excellent owner / repair technician. Very satisfied with the quality of the work, and with the time they take to really understand the problems my bikes are having. Ebikes connections and electronic parts, hydraulic disc brakes, and drive trains have all been repaired. They even fix flat tires. Thanks for all you do to help keep me safe on the road.

These guys are great. Had to leave my partially assembled bike there until a part we were waiting for arrived. It took two weeks! They put up with that nonsense without complaint. Always cheerful on the phone and their technician is great as well.

My wife is beyond thrilled for the work done to convert her trike to electronic shifting. She rode it today for the first time and just couldn’t get over what an incredible difference it made. Luke was very accommodating researching how to accomplish this conversion since as far as we can determine, it’s never been done before. OK, so these guys supported me in a philosophy of mine. "If someone else can do it so can I" Not necessarily true, grinin. I got in a pickle changing my coaster brake sprocket. Owner n staff gave me some old cone wrenches and shared knowledge.

I love my FX-2 Trek e-bike from Trinity Cyclery. Mitch and Cassandra were patient, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and desires. They know bikes and they know people! Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment since my mountain bike was making some noise. They were super kind and honest that the time frame may not be ideal for fixing as they are really busy, but they will still try to look at it ASAP. Turns out, was an easy fix. They got me back on the trails a couple hours later.
