I was in search for floral delivery in north county for a family member's birthday - I placed an order for next day delivery. What a wonderful experience collaborating with Tri-City Florist! We needed this cross for a funeral and I ordered it the night before. They called to sort out some details within minutes of placing the order. They were super helpful and assured me the cross would turn out beautiful! I purchased the Premium Peace And Prayers Standing Cross - Pastel and asked for as many pink roses and purple orchids as could go on there. SO happy with the result and so were my family members.

I have had flowers delivered many times in my life, but never have I had the experience I had today with the flower delivery driver Jeremy Holmes working for Tri-City Florist. He went above and beyond to make sure he got the flowers to the correct place, and made sure they were delivered to the correct person. He first called me in the morning to verify the business address, because I hadn't put the medical building address on the order. This afternoon he text me a picture of the building, the office door and included a picture of the flowers on the receptionist desk. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Next time I need flowers delivered I will call Tri-City Florist, rather then FTD, and request Jeremy be the delivery person if he is available. 🙂

I am so impressed with this business! Sometimes, this just happen in the busy holiday season.....
When I phoned Peter ( the manager ) and said there were a few issues with my order, he sent the correct new one. He first confirmed everything in his records and then delivered the new arrangement. Great customer service !!!

Due to a shipping error we didn't receive the flowers on our delivery date, but they worked quickly to make it up to us. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the presentation was amazing. I would definitely use them again and thank them for helping to make my Mom's birthday right.
