I've been a regular visitor to this store, but my recent experience was so exceptional that it deserved a review.

I was dealing with an issue on my road bike—a clicking sound that I suspected was coming from the rear wheel. When I brought it to Trek's service department, they went above and beyond by completely rebuilding the hub to resolve the problem. They even reached out to the hub manufacturer directly for assistance with the rebuild. I was truly impressed by the level of effort they put into this repair, especially considering it was a relatively inexpensive fix.

The Trek service department is so helpful here! Tonight I went in less than an hour before closing. Matt made an adjustment on my bike real quick and helped me install a water bottle holder. I was out the door quickly without feeling rushed. It’s always service with a smile here. I’ve tried several bike shops in town and this is my favorite!

Friendly service! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we had any questions. I really liked that the price is we're on most of the products. All the bikes were laid out logically with Ebikes on one side and typical bikes on the other. Price is ranged from about $600 for typical bikes to $3000 For beautiful e-bikes. There was plenty of parking. The store was not very busy and had lots of staff on hand for questions. It was a very approachable experience.

These guys are great. Always helpful and very kind with explanations. One of my boys took a minor spill and needed his derailer adjusted. The tech, Mark, took the bike in and made the adjustments quickly and at a great price. It's nice to have great bikes and great people in town.

I was heading out for my first mountain bike trip. I needed a good bike and they had it in stock and special built it for me so I wouldn’t be late for my trip. The staff is amazing. Super helpful, curious and extremely knowledgeable! I will be back to the westlake location (even though it’s a far drive) for every maintenance and gear. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
