I decided I needed a new hobby and I wanted it to be cycling. I hadn’t had a bike since elementary and I checked out a few bike stores in the valley but as soon as I walked into Trek, the difference was night and day. Omar welcomed me into the store, asked me what my goals were, showed me a few options, and answered any questions I had. Never pressured me into feeling like I had to purchase that moment and was so knowledgeable! I ended up coming back to the store a week later and pre-ordered my first road bike— everyone at the store was so helpful then too and Omar helped me get my order in. My bike ended up being back ordered for a few weeks but they kept me updated every step of the way. The day my bike was delivered, I was so excited! I recently went back to the store since I had a question with my bike rack and Stephanie and Omar were great! I had a concern with my bike and took it in and Coby was a huge help! He was super knowledgeable and patient as I kept asking questions since this is my first road bike. I’m so thankful for the Trek store and the super helpful,patient, supportive, and knowledgeable staff! Wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else!

Great service from Omar.
We purchased a Trek mountain bike for my son. Spent a little bit more money as we upgraded the bike (always happens with me), but left with the bike, helmet, pedals, lock.. with a very reasonable total price. Even financed to give me a year to pay with zero interest.
Will definitely shop here again, probably for myself soon.

My husband and I brought my son’s bike in to have its chain replaced. We had recently bought it second hand. It was a great bike for a young child and just needed some refreshing but also needed the chain to be removed and replaced.

So we visited TREK and they promptly replaced the chain. As we waited we noticed they pulled out another youth bike of the exact same color and style. We couldn’t tell what was happening as they went back and forth between the bikes on their stands. The team there then called us over and surprised us with donating a brand new TREK bike for my son! They do it randomly when parents bring in kids bikes that are a little more worse for wear. They were so kind and thoughtful and my boy was so happy about it. Totally made our Sunday. Thank you so much to the team at Valencia TREK.

Did a great job, above and beyond. Made additional minor adjustments that dialed my Exe in. Great attitude from everyone in the store. Once parts got in, they gave me a call and scheduled me in quickly. Since the store is a drive for me, they arranged to work on the bike while I waited.

I’ve lived in SCV for 25 years and have purchased several bikes from two other local shops for my wife and children as they grew up. Over the years, I’ve owned and serviced bikes from brands like Giant, Specialized, and Cannondale at these shops. When Trek opened a couple of years ago near my home, I decided to start bringing my bikes there for servicing.

Oliver has been fantastic with maintenance, and the overall vibe of the team at Trek impressed me enough to purchase a Domane 5 this year. Omar guided me through the process with zero pressure. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but after working with Omar to adjust stems, saddle heights, and other details, I realized my initial preferences weren’t right.

Omar and Humberto encouraged me to join a shop ride last Sunday. I struggled through all 18 miles, but their patience and support kept me going. Afterward, we tried another stem, but ultimately, both Omar and Oliver recommended a professional bike fitting, which I did. They were absolutely right—I was on the wrong bike.

What could have been a frustrating experience was made seamless by the entire Trek SCV team. Oliver, Omar, Humberto, Alrick, and Cole were all patient, professional, and determined to help me find the perfect setup. Thanks to their guidance, I now have the ideal bike, perfectly dialed in.

Their exceptional customer service has made me a loyal customer for life. I plan to purchase an FX 4 before the year ends, and once I improve as a rider and learn more about the sport, I hope to buy a Project One next year. I can’t recommend the team at Trek SCV enough—outstanding service and an all-around fantastic experience!
