I stayed here for a week, September 1 - 7, 2024. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave. My room was clean and had lots of room.. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets and comforter. Outside the room are nice chair swings. My favorite is the grassy common area out front . Covered with beautiful shade trees and plenty of chairs to sit and relax to take in a sunset over the mountains to the west. Overall, it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Good location. The manager, Jason, was very kind and friendly. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again on my next trip back to Bishop.

The Trees Motel in Bishop is the best place in town! Great prices, nice rooms, some with kirchens. Jason and his wonderful staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. Very nice BBQ and outside area. Porch swings outside our room we just enjoyed! This is our favorite! We used to stay at a more expensive hotel but this is greater by far!

they used to be really great. It looks like one owner now owns several of the motels in Bishop when I called some man answered the phone and he set the phone down and never came back. It was awful. We were going to rent a room at the cutest little trees motel they have the very cute wooden rooms but unfortunately over the last few years it's gone downhill and I know the guy had my number. He saw it on the phone, but he never even called me back. I held for like 30 minutes. I could hear him arguing with his wife in the background. It was terrible. We won't be staying there again sorry Trees motel. 9/25/24

The room I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on line. Firstly, the room was not clean, something toted on their advertising billboards. There was hair on the bathroom floor, dental floss by the bed and the walls and baseboards could surely use a good scrubbing. When I woke my first morning there, there were tiny ants all over the floor coming out from the vinyl plank flooring. When I complained to management, the response was that this was a common problem in the mountains with all hotels. They sprayed the room while I was out and I did not see anymore during the remaining three days. My bathroom window was cracked and the moldings around the doors were banged up and needed paint. Also, I'm not sure the rationale for the outside painting, a combination of neon green, blue, and violet, because it sure looked like someone had been tripping! On the plus side, Jason, the manager was very nice and was responsive, the linens were soft, and the outside courtyard area with the big trees and tables and chairs was nice. Oh, and there was a goat farm across the road.

It's a small town budget motel/inn. I didn't expect much. Yet, two things bothered me.
1- The bed frame in room 109 is metal and it squeeks so much that we couldn't sleep even though we were dead tired. Each tos and turn translated into a solo "metal bed concerto"π. A cheap, yet sturdy, wood bed frame would be much better.
2- Not clean. There was so much dust under the bed that I don't think it was sweeped/moped for weeks if not months. There were long hairs on the wall of the shower cabin from previous guest.
The lady at the reception was very kind.
I am not a picky guy at all. But even I felt I had to post and share here.

We had one of the suites over on high street. Location was beautiful and quiet. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Out front they had a fire pit, bbq grills and porch swings. Cozy setting. Would definitely stay here again!
My only gripe is that there wasnβt a brand new sponge in the kitchen sink.

Loved my stay here !!! The room (#108) was so cute and I appreciated being in an end unit. I was going to stay just one night but enjoyed being there so much, I stayed a little longer. Wonderful that they are dog-friendly, and within walking distance into town.

It's OK of a place. I expected it to be cleaner than when I got it.. there were pets fur on the edge of the bed, food, and dirt. The room had a small to it.. Good thing I like to burn sented candles..
