My wife and I absolutely love this store and the staff. Xochitl is always very helpful and make sure that we purchase what we truly want. She take time to ask questions and makes excellent suggestions.

False advertising for something stupid - children’s sunglasses ..extremely poor customer service - calling a customer a “Karen” for pointing out the discrepancy and saying we don’t need your business does not sound like good business practice. Glad to see that other customer’s left over the ordeal as well.

Not a huge fan of this place. The store was very disorganized and extremely overwhelming. All of the items were caked in dust and the mugs looked like they had not been wiped out in years. My mother in law also pointed out that they are selling clothes from SHEIN for 4x the price and cut the tags off to hide it! I also noticed a few mouse droppings in the corner which is a huge concern considering they sell things like candy and kitchenware. You're better off spending the extra $10 across the street.

They have pretty good prices for sun hats here. $15 for a junior straw hat. T-shirts bear the Hermosa Beach logo. Cool!

When you have people visiting from out of town there's no better place to take them for souvenirs.
Lots of Hermosa Beach t-shirts and other unusual trinkets.
Check it out and have a beer afterwards on Pier Ave.

Just read the most recent review and very disappointed by the owners response. We were the other customers who witnessed this and the clerk, Ryan(?), was extremely rude. Also my daughter and her friend stopped by a bit ago and apparently Ryan asked them to post a positive review. Not acceptable.

The Treasure Chest is a great place for Hermosa Beach souvenirs for you tourists! Personally, I have bought 2 sweaters and stickers and a mug from them just because I liked them (despite having lived over in Redondo Beach for years). It is my favorite beach, after all.

The owner of the store and his staff are very friendly, they provide great service, make you feel welcome, & are extremely helpful. The store is organize with great selection and sizes. I bought a super cute crop hoodie (great quality, thick,super soft). The owner was so kind to even exchange my hoodie for a bigger size. Perfect store to get cute clothes & souvenirs.
