This place is alright in terms of customer service and pricing. All sealed products are definitely marked up to reflect the current market. The store has an odor problem as well but that is really a given for any card shop. They have a great artist doing a mural, so that's cool.

I don’t think people realize how lucky we are to have Trainer J’s in Arkansas. Absolutely incredible store, with friendly and fun staff. Great prices. Awesome events. Incredible selection. The value they bring to the community is immeasurable.

Clean, friendly staff and regulars of the store, and great product. Cutely decorated and fun atmosphere. Love the bulk card grab for $5, the $1 mystery card machine, and always a great selection of pokemon cards to buy.

This place is absolutely amazing! There are a large selection of cards that ranges from vintage to newer stuff. They value the collection more than making you go broke and the staff is super helpful. Wish I would have found this place when I was in college.

My experience at Trainer J’s was simply superb. I picked up a $60 card today and absolutely love it. The card is great, but what blew me away was the customer service provided by this staff. Nick and Tyler walked me through any question I had regarding card condition, long-term values, and any other question I could throw at them. If I could give over 5 stars, I would.

Me and a friend drove 30 minutes to check this store out, was not disappointed in the slightest! Plenty of options to look at like plushies, accessories, boxes and loose packs, even graded cards! I had a great time and will be back soon! Might even consider using them to submit cards to PSA.
