The Toys For Trucks team is Amazing! I've been dealing with them for a little over 10 years and they come through every time. From tailgate replacement, tailgate locks, tailgate clamps, and running boards they do it all! James is a miracle worker. He is so knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint when it comes to the hundred or so questions that I've asked each time we speak on the phone. He knows his stuff and is an excellent problem solver. We spent over 35 min on the phone figuring out the best solution for my issue and made a plan going forward. I walked away from the conversation with total peace of mind. Toys For Trucks is the go to for ALL of your truck needs!

Here's a big shout out to Toys For Trucks & especially the owner James, Cory & the whole Toys for Trucks team!

When I bought my truck a few years ago, I wanted to have a bed liner installed & was referred over to Toys For Trucks. They were very professional & even came down to my house to do the job. I was very happy with the result.

Fast forward to a month ago & the tailgate of my truck was stolen while in my driveway!
After calling the police & my insurance company to report the theft, I was hard pressed to find a body shop that would do good work & I could trust. I remembered Toys for Trucks & decided to see if they could help.
I spoke to James, who remembers doing the original install & said he could absolutely get it done!

Dealing with the insurance is always a big headache but James was great thru the whole thing. He dealt with the adjuster & the appraiser making my life so much easier!
He guaranteed his work & only used GM factory parts. He color matched the paint & it looks seamless! He replaced the part of the bedliner & the spoiler on the tailgate. He installed a Super secure gate lock, which will protect it against thieves.
I couldn't have asked for anything more. But it didn't stop there....When James brought my truck back to my house, he told me the tire alignment & brakes needed replacing. He gave me all the info & said he'd gladly talk to my mechanic if there were any questions.

Throughout the whole experience James was Amazing! Super patient, very thorough & extremely professional. He kept me in the loop every step of the way & made sure I was happy with all the work. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. I never had to wonder what was happening....we kept in constant communication either thru text, email or phone calls. He put my mind at ease & I always felt like I was an important customer.

Let me say they absolutely exceeded my expectations by a 1000% !!! It goes without saying that Toys for Trucks will be my go to for anything I need for my truck!
If I could give them 10 Stars I would!

So I purchased a Snugtop GB Sport from Toys for Trucks about 7 months ago. The shell was their showroom display. I got a very good price for it. They couldn’t find the key for the shell’s door and said they would order me a replacement. With this understanding I went ahead with the purchase. I patiently waited 7 months periodically checking in with them. Finally they said they couldn’t get a replacement key and would have to order a complete replacement handle. Two weeks later the replacement arrived at TFT. I called to arrange to have the lock installed. They said I would have to pay for the installation. This is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. They said it was out of their control that the manufacturer stoped making keys. This is besides the point.. They sold it understanding that they would be replacing the missing key full stop. It’s their responsibility to make it right. The fact that they won’t should mean something. They’re sending me the handle free of charge and I’ll either install it myself or find another shop to do it. My mistake was not getting this in writing at the time of purchase. Still I can’t say I’d recommend TFT to anyone. I feel like making it right and taking a hit on the 45 minutes of labor would have been a small price to pay. Especially compared to even one person reconsidering doing business with Toys for Trucks after my review.

Edit.. In response to the owners comment.

I find it baffling that they continue to think that sending me a replacement handle fully resolves the issue. Refusing to install it is just bad business. Anyplace with decent customer service would include installation without giving it a second thought. You sell the shell knowing you have to order a replacement key. You can’t get the replacement key as promised. Next step would be order a new handle and install it for your customer. Simple.. If a genuine sustained effort to get a replacement key would have started months ago one of two things would have happened. Either you would have gotten a replacement key much sooner or found out that a new handle was needed. Seven months after purchase you called Snugtop and found out they didn’t make keys anymore and ordered a new handle. All while I was on hold. ‍♂️

We bought a set of running boards for my 2024 Jeep Gladiator pick up. The guys are very friendly and will help you anyway they possibly can. It only took about an hour to install the new running boards on my truck. They're perfect and look great on my truck.

I picked up my GMC Canyon last weekend and I'm beyond satisfied. I would recommend Toys For Trucks business to anyone looking to get work done on their trucks. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They work very fast, I dropped off my truck on a Monday and it was ready to be picked up on Wednesday. I absolutely love my truck now! It went from stock and bland to a badass daily! A big big shout out and thanks to James and everyone at Toys For Trucks shop.

This is my experience and please look at pictures.
They are Dishonest, unprofessional, lie to my face, Mechanics not trained properly, no quality control, don't return calls. Worst of all no one including the manager, or owner have called to apologize for putting me and my family in danger, for damaging my vehicle, or for the horrible and extremely stressful experience.
I purchased a BDS 4-1/2' inch suspension lift from sales person Jon. When lift came in Jon called and I dropped off my vehicle. Shortly after dropping it off Jon called to inform me I needed additional work done to suspension. I agreed. Total cost of lift and additional work that was paid is $6385.59 About a week later I picked up my vehicle and Jon told me they may be an issue with my torsion bar because it rides rough, but its safe to drive and to let them know if I want it replaced. I said ok. On the drive home I did noticed the rough ride. Next day I inspected the work and noticed a few issues so I went to BDS website to get the installation manual. BDS torsion mount was installed backwards causing damage to my frame, leaving front suspension with no articulation and only the tires to absorb all impacts, also torsion key was tightened all the way on drivers side, and completely loose on passenger side and about to fall off. After speaking with Jon he said there's a problem with BDS lift because his mechanic has about 30 years experience. Then I said its not BDS its your mechanic and I forward pictures of the damage and pictures from BDS install manual. After several calls they scheduled an appointment and repairs were made, but damaged frame was not repaired, also ride height not set correct in addition we noticed a used ball joint. 09/01/2021 third attempt to correct all issues. Picked up my vehicle Friday 09/03/2021 ball joint wasn't replaced, after they just told me it was replaced, ride height was not corrected, and frame not repaired. In addition Jon’s helper/partner, said if I want them to adjust the height they can install a 3 inch torsion leveling key. When I asked about the warranty, they said not to worry because they wouldn't let BDS know it had an after market torsion key. I get the feeling they were trying to get me to agree so they can Possibly void my warranty.

Forget any low star reviews. I don't work here, I've never worked here, and all I know is I took my Jeep here, dropped it off, and got it back the same day with a new front bumper, winch installed very clean, and limb risers. Why anyone would rate this shop below a 5-star is beyond me.

If you're dragging your feet on whether or not to pull the trigger on this shop, don't. Go here for your off-roading needs and stop being disappointed by other shops. When you go in with respect, you get respect reciprocated. Remember: it's a small automotive shop that does 1,000% quality work. That kind of turnaround and dedication takes time and patience, and it costs a larger premium. You're not going to pay this shop $40 to install a winch like you would your Uncle Johnny. If Uncle Johnny is such a master mechanic, take your stuff to him. Otherwise, if you want the absolute best, consider setting aside time, patience, and labor funds.

You will not be disappointed at Toys For Trucks. A+, 100%, 10/10, or whatever else you want to label this shop. I'll just say that for my money, there is no alternative.
