I ordered the Disney Tea Set, and it was in great condition and packaged well. Definitely look forward to shopping more from Toynk! X) Some great finds.

I've ordered from Toynk a few times and always received everything quickly and in tact. This last time, I ordered a Golden Girls mug with Dorothy's face on it that says "No, I will not have a nice day." It proved apt as the mug had a faint crack that caused my tea to start leaking onto my desk. I emailed Toynk and Kelly was very helpful. She had a new mug en route that afternoon. It arrived extremely well-packed and safe and now, I have no excuse to not have a good day.

Had an issue with the replica Loki crown involving damaged packaging. I contacted customer for Toynk and explained the situation how I was planning on having it signed by Tom Hiddleston. They immediately issued a return package slip and sent a inspected replacement crown once it was sent back. I had the replacement within 3 days in perfect condition. They even made sure to include extra bubble wrap and cushioning. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and will be placing more orders in the future.

When I initially ordered this for a friend for Christmas, I didn't receive what I ordered. I actually received someone else's order/gift. There was no time to return & reorder, as this was a last minute gift. When I reached out to Toynk Toys, they apologized for the mistake, and immediately took action to correct the situation by resending my order at no charge. I offered to send back the other package, but they insisted that I keep it. I really appreciated Toynk stepping up and making right the wrong. I received my replacement order faster than expected. Hi,
I received a 1000 piece Jigsaw puzzle from ToynK Toys, and unfortunately there was ONE piece missing - bummer ! I don't know if I lost it or if it was missing from the beginning. I send a email with my concern to Toynk with the question if there is a possibility to get that missing piece somehow. The answer was outstanding and professional - I got a brand new puzzle today in the mail with no questions asked or any cost out of my pocket.
THIS is the store to buy. In those difficult times we have, it is nice that tings also can go "smooth" .
