The one star is because their employees are nice. However their prices for Pokemon products are outrageous. Either the person pricing these products does not understand the Pokémon market or they are just glorified scalpers. They had a Pokemon Center Shrouded Fable ETB priced at $420, when the market for these is $80. $100 might even be okay, but not $420. Do not buy from them unless you like being scammed.

I was going to buy an item here that I was not familiar with but decided no to because the associate was beyond rude. I asked questions about the item because I wasnt familiar with it but needed it for my daughter's birthday. The associate looked up at me like I was stupid and pointed the different and walked away. It was an obvious difference but she was rude about it. It didn't make sense to me but again neither does the craze over this toy. I hope she wasn't the owner because if so it's a sad representation of the store. She has blue hair and a bad attitude. I walked to Artisti at the lower level by Macys and purchased the item there. The individual there was very friendly and helpful. Although I spent more it was worth it. I rather spend a few extra dollars for better customer service. I will say that the store is beautiful and well maintained its just the lack of customer service the reason why I gave a one star.

The store layout makes browsing through the extensive collection easy, and the figures are well-displayed. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, adding to the enjoyable experience.

My only critique would be the pricing, which seemed slightly high for some items. However, given the variety and quality of the figures available, it's a minor quibble.

They're selling pokemon mini tins at scalper prices- $40 each, that's $20 per pack. Insane ahahahahahahahaha. Employees were nice enough to agree its not worth it at least

The goblin girl at the front counter was very rude. Plenty of other places to buy overpriced pops.

I cannot say enough great things for this location of Cory and his team. My son started his first hobby of collecting Pokémon cards. They all take the time to chat with him, talk cards, and just a real interest in his excitement in it all! Cory has shown complete compassion and thoughtfulness. Whole heart gratitude 🙏🏽✨

This location is labeled as chandler but I visited the mesa location in superstition springs market . It's a very small store with a huge selection in squishmallows, tcg packs, funkos, and all sorts of suprise items like doorables, some Sanrio, and they make their own ice cream characters that are so neat. Was able to pull a super cool master ball rare card. 10/10 recommend in store or online
