Toy Shack in Roseville Galleria shopping mall is the only top shop I said “wow” when I visited the store. They have more electric ride-on cars for kids than any toy stores I have visited. Some cars have luxury brands too. I'm impressed with how many ride-on cars they have in stock. They also have many other fun to play toys in the store too. I talked to the salesman there, and he was very friendly and hope I'll come back soon.

My friend bought a rc with 130$ on December 26th. It was all of his Christmas money and he didn’t get any other Christmas presents. He was so happy when he bought it and the guy told us we have a 30 day warranty to exchange it. we went on a trip out to the woods for him to use it. He turned it on put in the battery and everything and started driving it around. He was messing with the controls and realized the throttle didn’t work. We live 3 hours away and couldn’t make the trip back immediately so we waited. Now it is january 23rd and we went back to the galleria and asked to exchange it. I will admit it had a bit of dirt on it but it still worked and was fine. The manager told us the warranty only went for 15 days and it was “too messed up to exchange” it was just dirt and not even a lot. We argued with him and he didn’t listen still so we left and on our way back I called and ask to speak to the manager (not knowing he was the manager) and he told me he was and then we started talking about the rc car again. Then he compared it to shoes and said if you buy shoes once you wear them you can’t return them which is untrue. Then we said if you buy a pair of shoes and there’s something wrong with them you can return them and he told us not to compare shoes with an electric moving rc car. We still never got our exchange or money back. My friend is upset it ruined his whole day. Please be aware when buying from them, they have defective merchandise and they’re too stubborn to admit it.

0 empathy with special need kids! 😤
I am deeply disappointed in this store, I am a frequent customer, I always buy toys here but today the owner of the store disappointed me, he has no empathy with children, I tried to change a toy that we bought brand new, we did not use it and it was in perfect condition and he did not want to change the toy, my son was crying asking to please change the toy and the owner simply said no, that is the policy and my son left crying inconsolably, he has autism and does not understand why he does not want to change the toy. It did not cost him anything to change the toy, it was brand new!

Will at Toy Shack in galleria was amazing!
He took his time, spent over 45min with our family deciding which model would best suit our growing toddler. We are SO grateful! This purchase was months in the making.

I was really excited to stumble across this in a toy store that has so many hard to find toys that really help get kids outside and out from in front of a screen.
They seem to have found the coolest power wheels type cars for kids that they make. And there was so many other neat remote controlled toys like tanks, fire trucks, just so many!
They also happen to have this huge collection of anime statues, none of which I could tell you the names of. We really like supporting family owned stores like this.

We visited Toy Shack a week ago and sent our son back here to complete the purchase of a Benz toy car for our granddaughter. Since my son could not transport the toy car himself, I had called in to confirm picking up of the car. A very nice gentleman had let us know that the car would be built and ready to be picked up that same night, we showed up the following evening. Will helped us upon picking up the car. Despite all the reviews we read, I must say that Will was very funny, very pleasant to work with. He’s customer oriented and very professional. He took the time to explain the instructions to us and loaded the car for us which was nearly 100lbs.

We personally think people need to give this Toy Shack more chance and understand that items in this store are not cheap, very good quality and we all know how kids get, they don’t know any better and get overly excited and want to touch and move everything. In the event the kids' tips something over or breaks something, people just walk away so we understand the signs in the store or if they must tell parents not to let the kids touch the expensive products in the store, I’m sure they have taken lost due to mishaps from customer’s children.

Thank you Will! Our granddaughter will be super excited to ride her new Benz and with weight limit of 130lbs, she’ll be riding it till she’s at least 6yo. 😊

The customer service was excellent. I mentioned the return poli y and was told that if anything was wrong at any time, they would replace the parts. So far so good.
