Stopped in for a couple bday gifts for some kids. Tons of toys, all price ranges. A nice young lady helped pick some options for a 7 yr old, she was very helpful and thoughtful. Also got a giant crayon for a 3 year old and a slinky - classic!

Store was surprisingly clean and organized, but pricing was all over the place and downright egregious in some places. Cars diecasts with broken parts (the one in the photo) being sold for $16, beat up and sun faded Thomas trains and accessories were $10-30, and nearly everything in the store was “ebay checked”, yet somehow with worse prices than ebay. An Invader Zim figure set (specifically the Robo Parents) asked $100 when you can buy the same set BRAND NEW for $65 on ebay. Their lego sets that you can still buy on shelves at target or the lego store had a $5-10 upcharge as well.

How does our community expect us to support local when im better off buying online or in big box retailers?

Unique toy store with tons of vintage toys from the 70s up to modern times. One of Alameda's gems, highly recommend a visit.

Almost a bit of a fantasy feeling here with toys and boxes stacked to the ceiling. Dolls, games, action figures, fidget toys, wagons, you name it. They also buy and sell used items.

Better than Amazon, better than Target, toy paradise for both kids and adults.

Don’t you just want to walk into walls of toys and remember all the good old days? Or get inspired by all the coolest gadgets? It is a jungle here and I love every minute of it.

Today my family was treated differently and unfairly because of their race. The owner fallowed my kids around the store- she was acting like they were going to steal something - she then confronted them and asked them to leave the store made them cry . When we told her that it was not ok for her to talk to our kids that way she also forced us out of her business. To force kids out of a toy store is just unacceptable behavior. Today a tough lesson was learned , that Racism can happen anywhere even to kids in a toy store. I will never come back to this store and encourage others not to support this horrible owner.

This toy store is HUGE! And it felt like endless surprises throughout the store from overhead decorations to displays and more. They have new toys and tons of used and vintage toys. They also buy used toys and board games from customers by appointment.
