My family has been using Totons TV for very long time. Incredible service from Vikki in the store to set up by Mark at our house. The TV and sound system are over the top great! We love this place and wouldn't use anyone else.

Expensive and kind of rude. I called earlier to see if they could repair my new TV. First, the estimate fees are way too high. In store fee can be used towards the bill, which is good, normal practice, but the 99$ house call fee can’t? That’s crazy!! And the lady was rude. I felt like I was bothering her by forcing her to do her job and answer the phone. Very curt and unpleasant. I’m bringing my TV somewhere else. I wouldn’t want to bother her anymore than I already have. They may do an awesome job, but they won’t get the chance because the first impression was very poor.

Mark is awesome. Needed a new TV and wanted to stick with local owned businesses. Mark spent plenty of time explaining the different brands and technologies so I could make a sound decision. Ended up with a 75” Sony and price was better than the Big Box boys. Mark has the expertise you could not get anywhere else in town. Mark even dropped my TV off the same day and was kind enough to open the box and pretty much mount the TV for me. Customer for life. Highly recommend! Trust me, go to Toton’s, they price match any of the competitors and you will walk out knowing you purchased the right TV at the right price.

This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! Thank you so much for your superb customer service! Please do not hesitate to purchase from here...you will not get the same type of service from the big-box stores!

Mark worked around our ministry schedule and delivered, set-up and walked us through everything.

Excellent service. Nice showroom. Mark, the owner, showed us TV's that were best for sports, or best for gaming, or best for movie watching. You decide. Their prices are the same as the big box stores. For a reasonable fee, they bring the TV the next day to your home and set everything up. Also, Toton's is the only service shop in town. The way they treat their customers and their excellent service is the reason that they have been in business for 50+ years. Thanks again Toton's for everything.

We purchased our LG TV at Toton’s this morning and we’re watching it right now! Where else can you buy a TV and have it delivered and set up the same day?!!! They have excellent customer service and they’ll match prices too! This is the second TV we’ve bought from them and couldn’t be happier with our choices! Very unhappy with their repair service. A $90.00 fee just to come out and advertise their store. All they did was shine a light on the TV and say it's a back light issue and could not be fixed. Stating there are no replacement parts for our model. All this could've been said over the phone. Waste of time. Should've done our research beforehand, go online after they leave and I find led lights are replaceable for our TV model. Will never recommend!!
