I'm excited about having a Total Wine & More close by. Something different. The store is big and has lots of space for walking and not feeling you will knock down any bottles. The employees were helpful and friendly in helping my find what I was looking for. As they just opened, they have limited items compared to their other locations. Just keep that in mind when going.

First time visiting Total Wine & More. This is a huge store and well staffed. Great selection of all your beverages. Super clean store. The Staff and Management are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their beverages. You will find quality International and domestic products through out the store. I highly recommend that you visit this store and you will not be disappointed.

I had boughten a bottle of vodka, which I ended up not using. I went to talk about a possible return at the customer service at the Valenica store. The maganger or customer service lady was extremly rude, rolling her eyes at me when I asked for an exchange or return of an UNOPENED bottle. She asked to see the receipt which she then snatched out of my hand, sighed loudly and told me there was nothing I could do. I wouldn't have minded not being able to get a return if she hadn't been so outright rude and bothered by a simple question. Will not be coming back here!

Absolutely love our new, shiny store. Very spacious and classy. They have a HUGE selection and everything is well laid out. There are experts on hand to help, should you require it and they are all super friendly and helpful. Definitely our go to store for all things boozy 🤣 A solid 5 star store 👍❤️

A large group of us attended a private 2-hour wine tasting class that was a silent auction item. It was a great experience! When making our party's reservation, we were given a choice of touring wines of Italy, France or Spain. We decided on Spanish wines. The event was in a lovely private room that was already set up for our guests. We were welcomed to bring food, and the store provided plates, utensils, and napkins. The course was informative, and we sampled a variety of wines moving from a Cava to whites then reds. Ben was our instructor, and our group was his first solo sojourn. Ben was great! Great event with good friends!
