I recently visited this hobby shop to purchase a model kit for my son. The service was outstanding; the staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect kit. Awesome place to go to find your Funko Pop. My nephew and I went to see the store. It was amazing lots of Funko Pop. We got about 7 Funko Pop. We found 7 Funko Pop that we were looking for. For our collection. The owner was an amazing salesperson. Very friendly and always had a smile on his face.
For sure I will go back and buy more. Or I will go on his website to buy more.

I had read many great reviews about this place and finally went and the customer service was fantastic, had many options and was such a comforting environment. I did end up getting 2 pops I really liked and while exiting the store I dropped my wallet and did not notice. I drove to my next destination and was about to pay and noticed I did not have my wallet so my girlfriend called the store to see if I might have dropped it inside and it didn't. I was asking around if anyone has seen a wallet and no luck. The gentleman from Tom's Model would call us to get an update if we found our wallet and eventually I gave up on it. I was a bit bummed out that I lost my wallet and about an hour later I receive a call from Tom's Model and the gentleman told me there is a homeless lady that had found my wallet and he said that she wanted to meet up with us so she can hand it to us. He offered to come with us so that he made sure we were safe and that is honestly something that I will never forget. He was willing to go out of his way to help us after I had given up on my wallet and he made it possible for me to recover my wallet. All I have to say is that if you do plan on coming to Tom's Model they are wonderful people and they have such a great heart. It is such an amazing place. I am planning to go again and it is a store that I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for helping me out and I wish the best for you!!

These guys are amazing. I recently purchased an order from Walmart that was shipped through Toms Model, so I was curious. Looked them up and realized they were local here in LA. I stopped in as I passed by one day, and was amazed. Diamond in the rough I tell you. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Amazed at the variety of pops they have. Once I received my package I purchased online, the POP was mint and packaged with extreme care. Thank you very much from this OCD Funko Pop Box collector. Will definitely be back, again and again.

Easily the kindest staff I’ve ever dealt with! The owner, Tom, truly goes above and beyond for his customers! The store always has a tremendous selection of funko pops including some very hard to get exclusives! His prices are extremely fair and competitive, and he also has a consignment program if you are looking to sell some of your pops (which I’ve never seen before so definitely take advantage of that program). Overall, a top notch provider of some amazing collectibles! If you can’t make it to the store in person, they have a tremendous website and ship all their items with the utmost care!
