Ok. Here we go. The staff here is not friendly… not just friendly but very welcoming!!! They made me feel so easy ( no pressure given). I went through the store I picked one item. Someone immediately came by and offered to set up a room. I agreed saying I will shop more. Of course I selected more items to try on since I already had a room setup. I ended up buying two beautiful items.
At the checkout we had a nice chatter.
What a great experience!
I seriously felt treated as well as I was shopping at Chanel store where you spent thousands for just one item.
Applaud to the team working on August 1st, 2024 and the management team who make it happen. Keep up the great work!

I like the quality of Tommy Bahama. The Tommy Bahama Outlet store in Vacaville Premium Outlets is one of the stores I'll shop at whenever I visit the outlet mall. The store is big, and everything is discounted in the store. I found good deals here almost every time. The employees here are amiable and helpful too.

I absolutely love the Vacaville Tommy Bahama Outlet! Not only is there a fantastic selection of clothing, but the customer assistance is top notch! I needed swim sets for my trip to Hawaii and I ended up getting two thanks to their help. Mia’s enthusiasm for the products she sells was compelling. But everyone there is helpful.

The staff at Tommy Bahama Vacaville outlet has the best customer service and community involvement. Heather and the store manager are great employees. Heather has gone over and beyond by helping to donate for our Troops at Travis, AFB. That was definitely a way to show our community and military, Tommy Bahamas care. I salute your service. Thanks also for being a part of our community.

They have a pretty good selection. They used to to have more Hawaiian shirts, but not so much now. Found a nice sweater for my husband.

Decent quality clothes. Good and attentive customer service. Lame return policy that prevents me from spending more here. They don't do refunds or store credit, so, for example, if you need a different size than what you bought and they don't have it, you have to change it for something else and that can be disappointing.

Fun, clean store but they have too many size XXS and XS in women’s clothing. Tommy Bahama does run small so would like to see more medium and large sizes.
