I stopped by this store today that's inside Westfield Sherman Oaks. I wanted to look at their Dragonball Z figured. I was going to walk inside at first but saw the sign of no drinks or food and I was holding my wife drink for her so I went to her at another store to take back her drink. I came back inside and asked if having togo food in a bag is fine and the lady working said it was. I went straight to the back of the store and looked at their Dragonball Z figures. The lady working said if I needed any help, just ask her. I didn't end up buying anything but I walked around the store to see what they have. They had some Mario stuff and other characters as well.

Price gouging a lot of figures and merchandise. This is the most expensive Tokyo Japanese lifestyle store I have ever been to. Staff is very nice though ! Even though everything was double or triple retail price and not even limited edition.

Great quality novelty store and gift shop. The tend to move/sell and/or rotate stuff out seasonally but have fair prices and good deals. The woman on duty is very personable and polite. This chainstore is definitely one of a kind and great for those who enjoy collectibles and Japanese culture. Got my first chopstick and tea set here a few years ago.

They have amazing option for statues I say go here if you can afford there statues I mean yeah there expensive but they have a reason for the prices but for others it kinda doesn't make sense at all no offense.

I shopped here today for the first time and Ive never felt so disrespected by an employee in my entire life. There’s a girl who works at the Sherman Oaks location with long brown hair and glasses and she was beyond rude. I worked as a cashier for 3 years so I know that her actions were utterly disgusting and completely uncalled for. I accidentally touched a display that had a sign saying do not touch (my fault but i genuinely didn’t see the sign). When she brought my attention to the sign I apologized profusely. I truly felt really really bad. But she stared at me with the rudest look. When my brother also apologized she rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. I was dumbfounded having an employee be so disrespectful after a mistake that was apologized for. This girl should seriously not work in customer service. From the reviews it seems like other people have had issues with this specific employee so it seems like a pattern. I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt but the way she treated my and my brother was unprofessional and completely uncalled for.

I personally love the store and shop very often but I just wanted to tell you guys that a woman with glasses and dark brown hair who works at the Sherman oaks mall is very disrespectful. my boyfriend went in to buy his sister sonny angels and she continued to roll her eyes and say what are trying to get with these. it’s in your guys best interest to hire people who encourage selling your products not someone who makes people feel wrong for shopping at your store.

this place is great, super cute, but a bit on the expensive side. mostly anime merchandise, but there’s also sanrio things and i believe i’ve seen some kpop items there before too? if you collect anime figures, there’s a bunch here, although i think they might be priced up slightly. overall great place, good to go to when i need gifts for friends.
