This store was not the problem. The employees were courteous and attempted to solve my problem. My problem: placed an online order to pick up a new phone at this location. I had to wait once I showed up only 10 minutes (maybe). They had my order ready and called me up. They asked for ID. I have them my expired DL and my interim VALID license. They took the picture and the system said I could not use it because it was expired. Supposedly, there was no way to override it, which I find hard to believe. I don't stop being me just because my license expired. Anyway, they will ship it to my house and leave it on my doorstep with needing to see and ID, much less take it back if my ID is expired. I get the valid ID, but SOMEONE should be able to override that with some other form of ID.

I cancelled my order. I will go buy the phone at Best Buy.

I came in to the Manteca store on Commerce to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. In addition to the help we received from Stephanie, Zachary and Cristian, we spent the most time with Bianca. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t feel rushed at all to make the decision to switch or upgrade our phones and everything went very smoothly. She helped my family save money on our bill and we walked out with the newest iPhone 16’s. Very happy to be with T-Mobile so far.

I have had T-Mobile service for two years Internet, and two iPhones. It has been the worst experience ever I have not been able to watch an entire movie without it buffering Often I cannot make phone calls or receive text When I call customer service, they’ve all kinds of options to fix it very bubbly very happy all promising. These problems are gonna be fixed. Never are they fixed Two years I’ve been paying my bill and I haven’t even Service Promise

Very friendly Associate assisted me. Was courteous and knowledgeable about phone models and packages. I only ended up buying a screen protector and 2 phone cases, but I would come back to buy a new phone for sure!

I was told my wait was an hour which I was fine with but when I heard the employees speaking about me I became upset because Stephanie told her Coworker we should help him and get it him out the way it will take 2 mins but she said oh well other people are more important and ignored me while she took other customers. I never leave reviews but that was hella rude and disrespectful.

Terrible experience!!! Only 3 associates helping out and two were helping the same customer!!! When I checked-in they told me it would be a 15 minute wait but it end up being a 2 hour wait, only to be told it was now “too late” in the day to upgrade my phone because the transfer would take them past closing time.

Hubby finally took a step into the 21st century and ditched his flip phone for a smartphone!! Top of the line Galaxy - Whoo-hoo! And, after complaining for years, he switched to Tmobile from a company with sketchy service that shall remain nameless. smile

Honestly, we were a challenge, I'm sure-lol. But the young lady who helped us was so sweet and patient.

It was also great to see how the three associates worked together as a team while we were there. We were very pleased with our purchase and the great customer service.
