It’s a couple days late but I hope the store still sees this I went in on Monday 3/3/25 and was assisted by Freddy. I was very impressed with his customer service. He is new but did amazing! He knew what to do while still learning their system. I was happy to see he wasn’t afraid to ask his coworkers for help, and still worked diligently on being quick. I wasn’t ready to completely switch only because I didn’t want to be there for hours but the switch and process of getting a new phone was done in under 15 minutes. I was shocked because again Freddy was new! Freddy did amazing!!

I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile! The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. New manager Jorge is the best. He will not sell you stuff you don’t need. I went in for service on my phone and ended up going out with a new phone and my bill costing less than when I went in. Amazing customer service. That’s what you get when you don’t go to the T-Mobile corporate stores.

As probably a great deal of customers are that come here, I was very stressed at having my phone stolen and having to clear out and set up another phone. Natali was extremely sympathetic and helpful, making a stressful evening much better. Highly recommend this store!

Pulled up to T-Mobile not really knowing what I needed, but Brayan got me right. Super chill, easy to talk to, and knew exactly what he was doing. If you stop by, ask for Brayan.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They lied repeatedly while convincing my son to upgrade. We have 2 lines that are upgradable they told him they had to add a line and then transfer the phones over and then drop the line with no charge. That was a lie. I called corporate office while in the store and caught the store manager in one lie and the customer care representative in another lie. They are refusing to take accountability and telling me that they are going to charge me more if I try to fix it. There is ZERO accountability for the lies they are telling. They get the commission and no repercussions. That is what I call a scam. When I pointed that out ( no yelling or cursing simply stated my opinion) I was told it was harassment to say that and hung up on by a manager.
