The worst Tmobil store I have ever visited, the person in charge didn't know what to do and wasted our time, plus the three workers at that store started laughing, as if they were mocking because they didn't know what they were doing and I told them I will going to another one. store. The service was prompt. But the information provided was not entirely accurate. I got a physical sim card, instead of using the virtual SIM card, to work with a phone not on me. So we had no way of testing it out at the store. The SIM card worked, contrary to the information provided, it didn't deactivate the virtual SIM until it is inserted and activated on the phone.

I recently purchased a T-Mobile home hotspot device to use temporarily.

Seemed easy enough and staff were quick to help me setup.

The problem lies in that I do not think the staff, or any ISP store staff, are properly trained to manage expectations.

The hotspot worked well for a few days but has recently dropped into an abysmal 0.75 mbs download speed for my computer.

I will be returning this device and canceling my service soon and will update what could have been the root cause.

DO NOT PURCHASE T-MOBILE'S HOME HOTSPOT INTERNET, IT IS NOT A COMPARABLE REPLACEMENT FOR STANDARD WIRED INTERNET.

I got this terrible message “iPhone cannot verify server identity” for a while. I’ve googled it, also asked help from few customer service reps. They were trying to ignore, pay no attention, or have no idea...and last one was just walking out of service area to make me waiting for the message came out again… I was hopeless and almost stepping out of the store …luckily, Joshua Lara came to me, he was quickly resolved the problem without Clicking on details! He is understanding with professional skill, full of knowledge, and high standards for customer service. It was definitely surprise experience. Thank you Joshua!

Very witty on how he explained every single details of the unit we purchased.3 months ago we purchased 2 Apple Watches and he assisted us very well. Buyers beware! The customer service reps were totally dishonest, unprofessional, rude, lack of knowledge, tricky, etc.. It was definitely the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered in ANY retail store! A good or bad management can really make or break a business… this is all I can say about this particular T-Mobile store
