I absolutely love this company. They have always been so responsive and helpful with any questions I've had. My parents used Tidee Didee with me when I was a baby and I'm proud to say I've been using them with my baby since he was born. I'm sad that they are temporarily closed and can't wait for them to reopen. They are worth every penny.

A++++. I have been using Tidee Didee for about 5 years... they are wonderful. They come by once’s a week to pick up my soils diaper and drop off a fresh batch by my front door. It made my life so much easier.. No washing or cleaning.. just use it and toss it in the hamper. Wow can it be any simpler. Never had a problem ..I would recommend them in a heart beat! Amazing people at this company!!! Made my life easier ..

Our little ones get rashes with disposables, cloth diapering keeps skin healthy on top of putting less plastic into the environment.

This service is a great way to make cloth diapering easier and more sanitary. I could never get our prefolds clean enough for my preference in our home machine without multiple cycles because we keep our water heater at a child safe temperature and it doesn't have a fancy steam clean function. And we had to run the dryer forever if it wasn't sunny and hot out. It was waaaay too time consuming.

Tidee didee has saved us a ton of time and struggle, and their customer service is great. I've called and left a message just after business hours, and they called me back immediately!

10/10 would recommend to friends, family, or anyone looking to do cloth the easy way 🙂

I have also had nothing but good experiences with tiddee didde. I really wanted to do cloth diapers, but didn't know where to start. They took care of everything and made it so easy. They have always communicated any ealier times or changes. I did have one mix up, but the service was so amazing it was no big deal at all.

I have been a customer since August 2015 and I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received.
Whenever I had communicated with customer service, they have been friendly and responsive, including when I have forgotten to put out the diapers for the delivery/pick-up and similar.
When they changed the delivery/pick-up day, they called me a week prior to tell me and then the night before and night of the new pick-up day to remind me.
I'm not sure if there have been a lot of changes since the previous reviews were written, but I have only positive things to say about the service I have received.

Watch out they will charge you for services even after you inform them that you have no wish to continue service.
