AWSOME pet store.
The employees will give all kinds of tips on what you need and what to expect. You can tell they are pet owners themselves.
They have the highest quality in products.
We go here for our chickens and bearded dragon.
They have everything we need.
The store is always clean and stocked.
They also have some pets for sale sometimes.

What a great pet store! And right in Westlake Village. The grand opening was a blast for dogs, with a huge wave surfing trailer sponsored by Lucy's Pet Foods (one of my dog's favorites). I love how the employees help with picking kibble just right for my dog. And the old-fashioned popcorn machine is a feature in all their stores. Super easy parking, a welcome addition to our community!

The sales ladies upfront, they don’t know anything about the feeds.
They don’t know the difference between chicken and ducks.
They never heard of these birds.
It used to be a great store.

I have been a long time customer.
I will not go there anymore

i called them in the morning to keep the feeds for me after one week.
I told them to put it on side for me, coming long way, she agreed.
I go there after long drive.
I get there.
As soon as I get there
The sale lady, oh I just sold it.

Why you said that you keep it.
This is not a business way to do it.
This is a joke.
Forget this place.
If I was the owner
I fire this lady.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit Theresa's Country Feed in Westlake/ Thousand Oaks. I am always greeted by a friendly employee offering to help me.
Theresa's, has a wide selection of healthy cat food: wet food, dry kibbles and delicious treats. They don't carry Tidy Cat Litter but have several other equally great options.
I was inquiring about cat steps for my cat and the employee got up on a ladder and priced each size for me, which was no easy task! He smiled and was happy to help. What a relief from "other" pet stores whose employees had a terrible attitude and never wanted to help me, as I am disabled. I had told my sister about lousy experiences at "other" pet stores and she happily told me I must go to Theresa's!
It's a great place and very big. I noticed that they have a wide selection of items for doggies, too. I would suggest another post to read for more doggy info. I'm not that knowledgeable about dogs like I am about kitties. Oh, the food they recommended fixed my cats "digestive issues", too! Royal Canin dry kibbles and wet food are great for different kitty ailments.
Stop by and give it a try. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. Don't be afraid to ask for help and ask questions! They really are happy to help! 😸🐶
