I’m so glad I ran into this store! I’ve had a long-term knee pain from martial arts. I shared the issue with store associates who quickly proceeded to introduce me to Theragun. The newest model had a $599 price tag but I was able to pick up a smaller model Prime for $199. Theragun is a percussion therapy device that uses rapid and repetitive movements to target specific areas of the body. It delivers deep muscle treatment that helps to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall mobility. It also helps to reduce inflammation and increase flexibility in the knee area. I can’t wait for start using it! In addition to the Thera gun, Therabody offers a range of other products that are specifically designed to enhance wellness and recovery.

Everyone in store was super helpful and nice when my family and I were browsing last week. Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure I got the correct items I was searching for!! So excited to use them to help with my migraines

The worst customer service from store manager Daren. Gifted an item and they didn’t like it. Stated the sleeve which probably cost the store like 25 cents was missing and he tried to charge me $50.00 and refund me only $50! As the manager said they couldn’t resell it which I couldn’t believe you would resell something that goes on your face and you sleep with it! Had to ask many times for his managers information. Wouldn’t contact his manager to resolve explained I wasn’t going to drive back to SF to the person I gifted it to for a sleeve. Randomly bumped up the refund to $90. Store does whatever they want. Refund policy not on the receipt they email. Can’t tell if this type of customer service is company wide or store level. Will email corporate.

We are thinking about buying Therabody Lounger, so come to the store to try out. However we were told that it is only for display, and not try out. Quite interesting. Should we just buy the $4000 lounge without trying it out? Or maybe they are not really want to do the business?

Great equipment and the staff are SO friendly here. They take plenty of time to explain things, understand your needs, and empathize with whatever issues you've got going on. Definitely would recommend!
