Went to exchange boots that were in perfect condition. Not even worn outside and was told they were “worn out.” And they do not sale “worn” items. He was very loud and rude and made me out to be someone trying to do him wrong. We will never spend another penny in that store for anything let alone 400 dollars. Awful way to treat customers who have shopped there multiple times.

I took a pair of work boots back for exchange, after wearing them for one and half days.. The boots did not fit and were still in like new condition. I told the owner I needed to exchange for the correct size. He refused to exchange them , and he says the policy is no return once you left the store. The policy posted states returns with original sales receipt, which I presented to him. This is poor business practice

Enjoyed the service from the salesman on the floor. I went in because my work pays for me to get steel toe shoes. Unfortunately the guys that checked me out has the attitude that the individual does not pay for the shoes! Knowing that my company is paying for the shoes so I didn't understand why they had that attitude!

Bought two pairs of justin boots. Jokingly asked, Do I get a discount for buying two pairs of boots? Crosby, Stills and Nash, spoke up and said, "We sell two pairs of boots everyday". Last business I ever did with The Wharf. Attitude can cost you a lot.
Do the letters GFY mean anything to you?

Went in to this store to look for a specific style of wrangler jeans. Ask the owner if the had the pair I was looking for and he said no but could order them. So I asked if fit close to the same as another brand and they said it is hard to know which is understandable since it is to completely different brands. So I proceeded to ask if they are they wrong size do we just send them back and go up or down a size. The owner rudely replied no they are are yours, I have plenty of jeans over there. Said that shipping was to much both ways. I even said I would cover the shipping cost. He then stated that he don’t have time for that. If they would have got them then I was looking at buying about five pairs plus a pair of boots that day. I guess once you become rich you don’t care about helping out customers any more. I will never go back in to this store. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Really nice selection of cowboy/cowgirl boots and apparel. I mean you can find just about any boot, shirt, pant, slicker, hat, suit, and much much more. This store tends to stay a little busy so you can expect to wait a little while if you need some help, but the staff will get with you. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I had a great experience except for the wait time, but then again maybe I just catch them on busy days or something.

Love the store and the people inside! They are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of boots for men women and children. The best prices in town! We visit them every couple of months when my children's feet grow... and grow...

I purchased two pair of matterhorn work boots from this store, one week apart from each other. The first pair of matterhorn boots I purchase started to come apart within two weeks of having them. I took the boots back and they told me that nothing was wrong with the boot. They told me I had to pay an extra $25 to send the boot back to the manufacturer to see if they would fix them. This boot was coming apart around the sole of the boot. But the guy told me they wasn't coming apart at the sole that the place they were coming apart at was the sleeve of the boot. Men think women don't know anything and will tell us anything. They didn't try to accommodate me at all with this issue. Basically told me I was screwed. They told me that those boots will come apart. The second pair of boots I purchased were special ordered because they didn't have the boot in my size. When I saw how the other boots were coming apart I asked if I could get a refund on the second pair of boots because if they were going to come apart I didn't want them, the guy simply told me he couldn't... because he ordered them for me. I told him in retail it's not that u can't u just didn't want to give me a refund. They were very rude and unprofessional. One of the guys told me I needed to get out their store. I spent almost $700 with these people and they would not stand behind their product. I buy the most expensive products because they are will last longer than buying cheaper products. I am not satisfied with this store and will never return again. Not satisfied at all with this place.
