Unbelievable amount of stock. Owner and I believe his daughter are so helpful and friendly. So much interesting items. You can easily spend half up to a whole day just looking. Highly recommend this train store. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using them as mail order for a couple times. The owner helped me with parts I needed, and was helpful. Unlike some of the negative reviews, I am glad they cater to O gauge, there are few places like that and I am happy they are there. I am going to New Bern NC next week, and plan on stopping there on my way!

We reached out to Train Loft, (An MTH Repair shop), to repair an MTH locomotive. The response while condescending was also to the point. We service what we sell and all others get lost. I can't think of a better way to promote the hobby and entertain new customers by not doing either.

Frustrated, never. Who cares how we buy merchandise? If I buy a used car, even if it's not under warranty, I can't get it service? Your argument has zero merit. Your shop is over three hours away and we contemplated several times of stopping by when were in Concord Mills. But our inquiry and all subsequent replies by you made this trip very unnecessary. Good luck with all your future endeavors.
